Guwahati: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat ji is in Hojai for a two-day visit. He arrived in Guwahati on June 19 evening and went directly to Hojai where he will attend the ‘Varg Prashikshan’ Vikas Varg-I session at Keshav Dham.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Karyakarta Vikas Varg (special) training camp is being held at the Sanskar Mandir premises in Hojai. Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji will attend the training camp of Vikas Varg-I (Special) on June 20 and 21. Sarsanghchalk Mohan Ji will return to Guwahati on June 21 evening. Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat will spend the night at  Sudarsanalaya, the RSS karyalaya in Guwahati, on June 21 where he is likely to meet some noted personalities of the state.

He will leave for Nagpur on June 22 morning. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) North Assam Prant Prachar Pramukh Kishore Shivam said in a press release.  The 20-day training camp for Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) workers Vikas Varg-I (Special) started on June 9 at Sanskar Mandir premises in Hojai and will end on June 29.  The training is conducted by the Assam Khetra of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

A total of 143 volunteers from 38 districts of five regions of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Assam Khetra and one district of Kongkon region participated in the training.  51 volunteers from North Assam, 46 from Tripura, 27 from Manipur, 15 from South Assam and 3 from Arunachal Pradesh are participating in the training camp.
