Every time a new ‘Jihad’ tactic comes to light, there is an unusual panic and alarm among people; those who otherwise dismiss such cases as propaganda suddenly wake up from their deep slumber. The same is the case with what happened at a reputed corporate firm in Nashik, Maharashtra.

For readers who do not know about the case, in Nashik, at a reputed corporate BPO- TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), a full-fledged Islamic doctrination gang was active, including six Islamists posted in higher positions like team leaders. These used to systematically target Hindu women, some vulnerable, some cheated, and some manipulated, all with one intention: to exploit and humiliate them, their religion, and get a ‘Kaffir’ converted to Islam. The women would reach out to HR, but to no avail, as she would dismiss the allegations as made-up and hyped-up. After enduring years of harassment, many left office; one mustered courage and reached out to the police on March 26, 2026. Soon after her complaint, as many as 8 consecutive women came out accusing Islamists of exploitation and systematic crime.

The accused have been identified as Danish Sheikh, Tousif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, and two women, Nida Khan and Ashwini Chainani.

This report comprises details from the first FIR which brought the case out in public, and the details are shocking.

What the FIR says?

It is noteworthy that a First Information Report (FIR Number: 156/2026) was registered at the Devlali Police Station on March 26. As per the FIR, the accused, namely, Danish, Tousif, and Nida, have been booked under Sections 69, 75, 299, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v), and 3(1)(5) of the Scheduled Castes (Prevention) Act, 1989.

In her complaint, the woman told the police that she had been working at TCS, a corporate firm since 2023. She said she met Danish Sheikh in January 2022 at Deolali Camp, and since they were from the same college, they became friends and began meeting regularly. Danish used to visit the market for work and told her he was employed at the company, assuring her that he could help her get a job there as well.

She further added, “In July 2022, when Danish came to meet me at Deolali Camp, he demanded physical intercourse with me, forcibly pulled me close and kissed me on the lips. When I tried to resist, he expressed his desire to marry me, but I told him that I would think it over and tell him.”

She further added that he would regularly meet her at Devlali Camp or call her after she finished college. After completing her B.C.A. degree, she said that, as per Danish’s suggestion, she appeared for an interview at the company and was selected as an associate.

She added, “Since Danish Sheikh was also in the same company, we would meet and talk constantly. Along with Danish Sheikh, his friends Tausif Akhtar and Nida Khan also lived with us. We used to go to the canteen and go for walks together. During that time, Danish Sheikh and Tausif would explain to me the difference between Hindu dharma and Islam and convince me about how their religion was better”.

They ridiculed the Hindu religion and tried to convince her that the Shivling represents a male sex organ and that worshipping it is obscene. Danish also made offensive remarks, claiming that Krishna was a womaniser and Draupadi an adulterer because she had five husbands.

Meanwhile, in August 2024, when they went out on his bike, Danish took her to Trambak Road without informing her in advance and forced her into physical relations.

Shockingly, when Tausif Akhtar came to know about their physical relations, Tausif threatened to tell about the relationship at her house and demanded physical contact with her.

She added, “When I requested him not to tell anything at my house for now, he said that he would not tell Danish and me at my house only if he fulfilled his wish. In the meantime, Tausif would catch me in the lobby and pantry while I was in the office and would have sex with me to make me feel ashamed. After that, Danish and Tausif would tell me bad things about Hinduism, talk about how good their religion is and how my life would change if I converted to that religion, and would have physical contact with me.”

In February 2026, “A woman named Mahirin messaged me and said she wanted to talk to me. When I later contacted the woman, I found out that Mahirin was Danish Sheikh’s wife and had two children. When I asked Danish Sheikh why he had lied to me when he was his first wife, Danish Sheikh gave vague answers and said that he was never interested in getting married to me.”

Between July 2022 and February 2026, Danish Sheikh, Tausif Akhtar, and Nida Khan allegedly hurt her religious sentiments by making objectionable remarks about Hindu gods. She also said Danish lied to her, promised marriage, and gained her trust while meeting her regularly. Tausif Akhtar would also hold her in the office pantry at times.

What the other eight victims told the police?

This was the first exposé of the radical activities going on in the office; after this, eight consecutive FIRs had been lodged, the details of which are as follows:

1. FIR (Number: 163/2026) was registered at the Mumbai Naka Police Station on April 2, 2026. Similarly, accused Shahrukh Qureshi also stared at her in a manner that caused embarrassment, especially when she wore a saree, and asked her to go for walks. How did everything come out?

Now, how all of this came out has been reported by Dainik Jagran and verified by Organiser’s sources.

According to a senior police officer, the police formed a team of seven female officers and planned to get them jobs in the company. Out of the six accused arrested so far, five have been sent to judicial custody, while one has been remanded to police custody till April 13. One woman, accused (Nida Khan) is said to be absconding. Among the eight women who made the allegations, six are unmarried and two are married.

Many of the individuals working in leadership roles were already targeting vulnerable middle-class women, which is why the seven female police officers, who applied under disguised identities, were easily able to secure jobs.

While working there, these officers observed the activities firsthand for about a week. Subsequently, based on complaints from seven more women and one male employee, an FIR was filed and eight cases were registered. The accused were then arrested.

One victim stated that she was taken outside the company premises by more than two of the accused and raped. Other women also reported being forced into illicit sexual relations.

The victims said, “When I complained, the HR manager said, this is the case in all companies.” They further stated that for the past four years, the company had been involved in sexually exploiting and converting women, and despite repeated complaints to HR manager Ashwini Chanani, she dismissed them, claiming such practices were common.

On April 9, Ashwini was taken into custody in Pune.

As soon as the Nashik case came to light, numerous testimonies began surfacing on social media, with similar allegations of sexual exploitation in other corporate firms. What was once considered the domain of so-called elite and educated spaces is now being questioned as emerging centres of Dawah and Jihad.

This case has dismantled another misconception that such incidents are limited to small towns or uneducated sections, showing instead that such activities cut across educational and social backgrounds. Those who have dismissed cases of “Love Jihad” and indoctrination as propaganda now stand exposed.
