The country’s capital city witnessed one of the most brutal murders of recent times, where a man butchered the face of a minor girl into four pieces. The accused has been identified as 20-year-old Mohammad Sahil whereas the victim has been identified as 16-year-old Sakshi.

Sahil stabbed the victim around 40 times, in front of a number of people passing by. A video of the act has been shared widely on the internet. Following the attack, the Delhi police arrested the accused Sahil from Bulandshahr on May 29.

Reports have claimed that the duo were in an alleged relationship. However, it has come to light that the accused Sahil posed as a Hindu Sunny to trap the minor, and lure her into a relationship with him. Pictures of him wearing Kalawa and Rudraksha chains are going viral on social media.

It has been reproted that ever since the victim found out about his true identity she started distancing herself and this triggered the accused who stabbed and butchered her to death.

Sahil was upset over the victim’s decision to end their relationship. He was angry because the two had stopped talking to each other, which eventually led him to brutally attack and kill her, according to a preliminary probe.

“During the investigation, police checked the CCTV footage of the area and spoke to the victim’s family, who said she was going around with a boy named Sahil. We reached his place and the boy was found absconding,” the police said, as quoted by PTI.

When questioned, Sahil admitted that he had been in a relationship with the victim since June 2021. The victim had been staying with a friend named Neetu for the past 15 days.

“She eventually stopped talking to him and wanted to end her relationship with him completely, but he kept approaching her and wanted to reunite with her,” a senior police officer said as quoted by PTI.

As per the reports, 16-year-old Sakshi was on her way to visit her friend for a birthday party when her boyfriend, 20-year-old Sahil, stopped her in the street and repeatedly stabbed her, knifing her over 20 times, and then crushing her head with a cement boulder.

A friend of Sakshi revealed that the victim had known Sahil for nearly four years, and had known that the two were fighting, but didn’t inform the minor girl’s parents on her instruction.

Sahil had an Instagram account under the name Sahil Khan. The account description reads: “love you dark life… daru lover… Yaaron ki yari… sab per Bhari… 5 July… Love you mom”.

His account is public and contains posts showing him and his friends smoking hookah and listening to Punjabi songs. The latest post on the social media platform was from six weeks ago, in which a group of boys are seen smoking a hookah as slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s song ‘Selfmade’ plays in the background.

The oldest post available on Sahil’s Instagram account is a story highlight from a year ago that has him offering condolences on the death of Sidhu Moose Wala. Sahil wrote, “Rip Paaji” in the post. Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead on May 29, 2022. Goldie Brar, a Canada-based gangster, had taken responsibility for the murder.

“My daughter was stabbed many times, her head was also bludgeoned into pieces. We demand stringent punishment for the accused,” said the father of Sakshi.

“My daughter was stabbed many times, her head was also bludgeoned into pieces. We demand stringent punishment for the accused,” says the Father of the 16-year-old minor girl who was stabbed to death by the 20-year-old accused, Sahil, in the Shahbad dairy area as quoted by news Agency ANI.

“Never saw Sahil. We demand justice for our daughter,” said the minor’s mother.
