NEW DELHI: A gathering of around 110 advocates and senior designated advocates was organised at the Front Lawn of the Delhi High Court beneath the National Flag to reaffirm their commitment to the Fundamental Duties enshrined in the Constitution of India.

The programme commenced with the collective reading of the Fundamental Duties, emphasising the responsibility of every citizen to uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, respect constitutional institutions, and contribute towards preserving the dignity and sanctity of the nation’s democratic framework.

The gathering was held in the backdrop of the ongoing CJP protest, with the objective of reminding fellow citizens, including those participating in protests, that the exercise of constitutional rights must be accompanied by an equal sense of responsibility towards the nation and its institutions.

The gathering conveyed a message that respect for institutions, constitutional values, and the rule of law must remain central to public discourse and democratic participation.
