A massive Hindu Sammelan was organised in Kuralasi village under the Budhana Assembly constituency to commemorate the centenary year of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Hundreds of men and women participated in the gathering, reaffirming their commitment to the protection of Sanatan Dharma and cultural unity.
The conference was graced by Lalitananda Maharaj of Aarti Ashram, Shamli, and Alka Sambandh Pracharika from Meerut as chief guests. The programme began at the Kuralasi Mata Temple complex with a havan, ceremonial lamp lighting, and cultural presentations.
Hindu sants and religious leaders addressed the gathering, calling upon society to remain united and vigilant in safeguarding Sanatan Dharma. Speakers emphasised the importance of social unity and awareness, urging collective resolve against divisive forces, religious conversion, and other challenges faced by society.
In his address, Swami Lalitananda Maharaj highlighted the contributions of great national figures and recalled the sacrifices made during Bharat’s freedom struggle against British rule. He appealed to Hindu society to remain united in order to preserve Sanatan Dharma and strengthen the nation’s cultural cohesion.
Sompal, Swayamsevak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, spoke in detail about the Sangh’s 100-year journey, describing its legacy of discipline, service, and courage. He highlighted the organisation’s sustained efforts in social service and its role in nation-building since its inception.
