A video that has since gone viral shows a group of students, reportedly from IIT Jodhpur, engaging in a phone conversation with the cafe’s owner, during which they were allegedly denied entry based on being Indian.
In the clip, the students are heard questioning the policy, expressing shock as the individual on the other end of the line appears to confirm that the establishment only permits foreigners, explicitly stating that “Indians are not allowed.” Despite repeated inquiries from the students, the person on the call stands by the decision, calling it the cafe’s internal policy and refusing to offer further justification.
According to the viral post, the establishment in question is identified as Dylan’s Cafe, and the owner allegedly goes by the name Bhakhar Khan. The video quickly sparked widespread criticism online, with many users condemning the alleged racist policy. As of now, the café has not issued any official statement addressing the incident.
