Adani Group Saga: A sign of rising international plots against Indian interests?

The Adani Group, one of India’s largest conglomerates, has recently found itself at the center of an international storm, sparking debates about whether the ongoing controversies signify a larger global agenda against Indian interests

The growth of Indian industrialists and businessman around the world is a major issue for “Deep State” global market forces and China. The fear of losing power and control over the globe has them concerned, and the rise of any Indian businessman or entrepreneur will not be treated lightly by these selfish forces. As a result, they are now aiming for an exponential increase in Adani’s global presence. The first two Hindenburg attempts were completely unsuccessful, and now new allegations of bribery have surfaced, and the timing of the allegations suggests many suspicious things, so one more narrative by Deep State forces supported by Rahul Gandhi and many opposition parties calls into question its veracity.

There isn’t much room for interpretation, other than the fact that the restless, goosebumps, and convulsions caused by the liberal, left-wing “soroiasis” have become increasingly drowsy after 2014 due to all the optimistic, rosy, sanguine reports about India’s international economic and related activities by various international agencies, such as the World Bank, IMF, and rating agencies, as well as the flamboyance of the Indian stock market, which recently rose to an envious fourth place in market capitalisation.

Why is Adani on target?

Many research groups work with an agenda provided by the sponsoring organization. As a result, they may cherry-pick facts to portray a compelling story of the purpose. Gautam Adani has aggressively pursued the Adani Group’s global expansion ambition. Adani Group has established the Carmichael coal mine in Australia, amid opposition from woke interest organizations. Adani disrupted China’s Belt & Road Initiative (BRI) in 2017. That year, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding to handle cargo on Carey Island, Malaysia. It defied all expectations when a Chinese corporation was displaced by an emerging Indian powerhouse. Then it was the turn of the Chinese in Sri Lanka. Adani won a contract to build and operate a container terminal at Colombo port. Eventually, the consortium established two wind energy plants in the island nation. Adani’s investments are also benefiting Bangladesh’s power sector.

Even outside of Asia, the Adani group is doing everything possible to boost India’s global position. Last year, they invested $1.18 billion to acquire a 70% stake in Israel’s Haifa port, putting Adani in direct competition with the Chinese state-owned Shanghai International Port Group in Israel. In terms of nationalism, it is a direct attack on China’s state-owned businesses. Adani dealt a significant blow to China by signing a Memorandum of Understanding for an erstwhile premier BRI project.

There is extensive financial interdependence between the BBC, few Indian opposition parties, and Chinese state-owned enterprises. This makes it a Chinese subordinate and a spokesman for China. Attacking Adani gives numerous advantages to a variety of interest groups. The Adani Empire operates in various industries, including solar manufacture, logistics, land, defense, aerospace, fruits, data centers, road, rail, real estate loans, and coal mining. With so much under its belt, there must be critics. These include global Deep State corporate groupings, China backed Indian political parties, and media outlets that are  opposed to growth Indian businesses.

How does this ecosystem work?

You need to comprehend ecology to understand how things are laid out since games are played under ecosystem. It is easy to grasp individual but harder to crack ecosystem. Because ecosystems are webs. Breon Peace is the attorney who indicted Adani in the bribery case. George Soros has previously stated that he will destroy Adani and Modi. What are the possibilities that Soros and Schumer are behind the indictment? Peace is just Schumer’s rubber stamp.

Soros has spent a lot of money on Chuck Schumer. Schumer became Senate majority leader in 2021, gaining the authority to pick justices thanks to Soros funding. Even this year, Soros contributed $16 million to Schumer’s PAC. Soros has also been the biggest donor to Obama, Clinton, and Biden. Schumer’s other introduction is: He is Soros’ guy in the Biden administration.

Gautam Adani’s ex-lawyer Harish Salve’s views

Harish Salve told India Today that no one is happy with Indian businessmen making their presence felt around the world. “There was a time when we were wooing British businessmen to invest in India.” Now I see the British government pursuing Indian investors. This was a quantum change in the mechanics of the world, and it had to have implications.” Salve further stated that the accusations leveled against Gautam Adani are a broad assault on India and Indians, and that the majority of Adani’s holdings are regulated.

“You have predictable revenues because you have a regulator determining your rate. You can’t earn a lot of money, but you have nearly assured revenues because, even today, these infrastructure projects are monopoly ventures. Harish Salve noted that the other investments are in hardcore Indian assets such as cement manufacture. “The majority of their (Adani Group) companies are listed, and all of their documents are publicly available. To claim that you have done some covert study is complete rubbish,” the former solicitor general remarked.

How did Deep State actors attempt to incriminate Adani twice using Hindenburg, with the help of Indian opposition parties?

You only expose someone once. Hindenburg attempted to expose Adani the first time, but was unable to establish the link. The case was heard by the Supreme Court, which conducted a thorough investigation but found no proof. Adani received a clean chit. It bounced back again. Markets do not react twice to the same thing: Hindenburg came back with new claims. They were again attempting the same stunt, but fortunately, the Indian market did not respond negatively, and the market ended on a positive note. So it is apparent that investors are satisfied that the stock market is not being manipulated.

Although Adani stock fell sharply when the market started, it recovered immediately and returned to normal. When the market and investors are confident enough, what more do you need to know about who is correct? The first time the SC granted them a clean chit, and second time the public.

US courts have no authority over Indian citizens

According to established law, the US SEC has no authority over Indian national Gautam Adani, and this appears to be a witch hunt to further the current US establishment’s political goals in India. While the Congress party and the leftist ecosystem have already believed and are passing off the US Justice Department’s ‘allegations’ against Adanis as established fact, it is important to remember that Gautam Adani and other defendants are innocent until the charges against them are proven. The indictment document states that “the charges in the indictment are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.” Also, the timing of the indictment raises the question of whether the US is attempting to prevent Gautam Adani from raising finance by leveling bribery allegations in India. The SEC wants Adanis to explain claims that they paid bribes to gain lucrative solar power contracts, but that request must go through the Indian Embassy in the United States. The US SEC has no jurisdiction over foreign nationals, and since Gautam Adani is an Indian citizen, they have no jurisdiction over him. The Hague Convention of 1965 and the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty cover these issues between India and the United States. These agreements explicitly define the customary method to be followed in such requests.

How does Donald Trump’s ascension hurt Deep State forces?

Donald Trump has already warned that he will take serious action against wokes and Deep State elements. The rise of Donald Trump, who has received widespread support from Hindus in America. They believe that the Modi government’s active support for Donald Trump led to his victory in the election. So, trying to harm the Indian economy as much as possible before Donald Trump officially occupies the White House in January.

Do Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders want to derail the Waqf board amendment bill?

The timing of this bribery lawsuit against Adani raises further suspicions about Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders. This Parliament session will reform the Waqf Board Act to protect the land and property of millions of farmers, middle-class individuals, business owners, Hindu, Sikh, Jain, and Baudhha temples. Is it possible that the opposition opposes these measures in Parliament in order to maintain their vote bank?

The simple truth is that as Bharat and its citizens rise, so will harmful criticism, claims, and fake narratives.
