In another related development reported from Dhanbad, tension simmers under Chirkunda police station limits after a few people threw a piece of cooked meat near a Hanuman temple in Babudangal area. The incident took place on Monday night, September 09 angering the locals who gathers on the spot in large numbers on Tuesday morning, demanding action against the accused.

A police team led by SDPO, Nirsa, Rajat Mani Bakhla immediately reached the spot upon receiving information about the incident and assured action against the culprits. As of now the police have reportedly detained a few suspects in the case who are being interrogated while adequate arrangements of security personnel have been made in the village to prevent any untoward incident.

According to the report,, the locals have alleged that a marriage ceremony was organised at Majid Miya house near the temple premise on Monday night and it’s likely that someone from there has threw a piece of cooked meat to disrupt communal harmony.
