Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been dreaming of the “ Viksit Bharat “ ( Developed Bharat ) with the spirit of “ Antyodaya “before becoming Prime Minister of our country itself as his “ Sankalp “ ( Intention ). He categorised the priorities for the Nation and People in the line of predetermined schedule in his each term of government to ensure the social and structural reforms pertaining to the economy and development in tandem in a systematic phased manner without compromising the dynamic approach in our foreign policy. It is very clear that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji always exercises governance for “inclusive growth” “to attain the best standards of living of our people. If we carefully examine the nine and half years of Modi ji seva as the Prime Minister of our Nation, it gives the road map for next 25 years of “ Amruth Kaal” to become “Bharat as Viswaguru” with the vision of Narendra Modi Ji’s “Vikas Sankalp Bharat” by the 100th Independence Day in the year 2047.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has initiated the “Vikas Sankalp Bharat Yatra “ on November 15, 2023 from  Khunti of Jharkhand  on the auspicious occasion of the Jana Jati Gaurava Divas, the birth anniversary of tribal icon Birsa Munda, with the aim to providing 100 per cent assistance to all the eligible unreached beneficiaries in the spirit of Antyodaya concept, to ensure awareness about the Union Government schemes, to interact with the beneficiaries of the schemes with their live experiences, and to enrol the eligible unreached beneficiaries of the schemes. As per the information, this Yatra covers 2.60 lakh panchayats and more than 4 thousand urban local bodies, with the existing beneficiaries and various department heads in the government implementing the Union Government welfare schemes as the nodal agency from the State Government. I ( Author ) also attended the Yatra for 4 days in Vijayawada, Ongole and Bapatla Parliamentary Constituencies. I attended personally and felt immense pleasure In Ongole Parliament segment, Jayavaram and Kakuturivari Palem panchayats in Tangutur Mandal of Kondapi Assembly and Rajampalli panchayat in Darsi rural mandal of Darsi Assembly, along with the Bapatla Parliament segment, Kandlagunta Panchayat in Naguluppalapadu Mandal of Santhanuthalapadu Assembly, meet and interact with the beneficiaries to share their experiences about the Union Government schemes and how they have been changing their lives and their families for the last nine and a half years.

As far as farmers are concerned, mainly the small and marginal farmers to double their income as per the aspirations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji that I identify the positive feelings of the around 50 lack families of the farmers who are obtaining the “ PM Kisan Samman Nidhi “ scheme for Rs 6,000/- per annum in three equal instalments as Crop investment assistance since 2019 exclusively for the state of Andhra Pradesh alone out of 2.60 lack crores rupees disbursement for 11 Crore families in the country, “ Fertilizer subsidy “ is outlay on the union government exchequer for Rs. 2,000/- on each bag of the fertiliser, nearly it costs for around Rs 15,000 crore for  assisting Andhra Pradesh exclusively. Union Government has been extending support to the farmers in the country with “ Fasal Bheema yojana “ for their crop insurance from the uncertain crop damage, Nearly 7 million “ Kisan Credit Cards “ in Andhra Pradesh made easy to avail the Credit from the Banks without wastage of time for the credit process with 2 per cent interest subvention and 3 per cent interest incentive for prompt repayment leads to net interest at 4 per cent only.

The  new “ Nano technology for liquid Uriya “  is available; it fetches the farmers cost-effective since wastage of the Uriya utilisation has drastically declined and the health of agriculture lands has also been protected due to uriya utilisation has come down. Further, Union Government is supporting the “ Drowns “  with 50 per cent subsidy through Self Help Groups with in the particular panchayat to render service to the small and marginal farmers to sprinkle the Nano uriya mix with water on the farm lands without manual application for applying the uriya in the traditional agricultural process, it reduces the cost of input significantly. Apart from this,Union Government is providing 25 per cent  to 60 per cent subsidy through “ Krishi Sanchai Yojana “ to encourage water management with major or minor irrigation systems for the agricultural facilities.

The concept of “Anthyodaya” has been extended fairly in favour of eligible BPL families through the “ Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra “.  Many political parties have been mentioning their schemes as “gurantees” for the future, Whereas “ Modi ji Gurantee” is for 100 percent saturation in the implementation of welfare measures for the true and fairly needed people who are residing in the last corner of the country’s neglected villages and ST thandas, etc. as priority to serve. Apart from the existing beneficiaries from the Union Government assistance for  5 Kg free rice distribution for  80 Crore individuals in the country, including 2.67 crore individuals in Andhra Pradesh from BPL families since the corona first lock down April 2020 under “Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana ( GKAY ) ”, this scheme has been extended for next 5 years along with continuation of existing subsidy ration through PDS as per the “ National Food Security Act ( NFSA ) “. As far as Andhra Pradesh is concerned, Subsidy worth for Rs 16,000 Crore per annum receiving under NFSA and GKAY together.

Apart from this, after achieving around 98 per cent ODF through Swacha Bharat, more than 3 Crore Houses sanctioned for the poor in the country under PMAY and it’s construction almost at completion stage including 25 Lack houses sanctioned exclusively for Andhra Pradesh and the construction is in progress slowly due to negligence from the State Government. In addition to this, PM Narendra Modi ji had announced Jal Jeevan Mission ( JJM ) for safe tap drinking water to every house in the rural India with 3.75 lack crores assistance consists of 50 per cent – 50 per cent share between Central and State Government, for this scheme Union Government sanctioned 9000 Crore as it’s share for Andhrapradesh. But, Andhra Pradesh Government matching grants are not properly released.

Further, nearly 11 Crore eligible families in the country, consisting of 50 Crore people are availing the Health Insurance for Rs. 5 Lack under “ Ayushman Bharat  2,322 network hospitals exists in Andra Pradesh. Important point to note, PM Narendra Modi ji gurantees to sanction the houses, issue the Ayushman Bharat Cards, LPG Gas connection on spot in the “ Viksit Sankalp Bharat Yatra “ for the remaining eligible unreached beneficiaries at “ Modi Gurantee Vehicle” at the door step of every village in the State of Andhra Pradesh. PM Narendra Modi led Union Government has been transferred for 35 Lack Crores for last nine and half years in to 50 Crore  Jandhan Accounts, more than  3 Lack Crore has been availed for  Andhra Pradesh only. Now, the new Jandhan  accounts for the eligible beneficiaries have been opening at the “ Vikas  Sankalp Bharat Yatra “

Covid19 lockdown uncertainty had created hardship on the small and marginal financial needs of the “ Street Vendors “ that had been served by the Union Government though the Banks under the scheme of “PMsvanidhi”, in this scheme Street Vendors and Hawkers can avail Rs. 10 thousand loan on the first sanction with interest subsidy. If the first time loan repaid on time, then next time the loan amount does raise to 25 thousands for their business needs with lower interest rates  for safeguarding the Street Vendors and Hawkers on their dependency from the unorganised sectors at higher interest rates. At present, PM Narenda Modi gave priority for encouraging the 18 categories Handicraft workers with the budget 13 thousand Crores under “ Viswa Karma Yojana “ for providing the financial assistance with subsidy and tools worth of 15 thousand rupees at free of cost along with the training to upgrade their skills. Those who are eligible to entitle these schemes, but not yet utilised by them can register during the “ Vikasa Bharat Sankalp Yatra “ for availing the benefits of these schemes.

Vikas Sankalp Bharat aims for inclusive growth of all categories of the people irrespective of their caste, creed, region or religion with the motive of  Sabkaa Saat ( With all the people ) – Sabkaa Vikas ( For the development of all the people ) – Sabkaa Viswas ( With the confidence of all the people). – Sabkaa Prayas ( With the involvement of all the people), PM Narendra Modi ji objective is, all the beneficiaries of BPL families growth for next 25 years during the Amrit Kal is the key for Nation’s success to emerge the Bharat as Viswa Guru  with the number one Economy of the world by 2047.
