That Bungalow belongs to Social Activist Teesta Setalvad. How did a simple activist earn so much money? Why did Sonia Gandhi give her Padam Shri in 2007? This is the spin chilling thread of harassment, fake narration building, misuse of courts, govt, system n NGO
Teesta Setalvad is a Gujarati, her great grandfather was loyal to Britishers, and her grandfather was loyal to Nehru n was the first Attorney General of India. All the anti-Hindu laws of the 50s were passed by Nehru on his consultation. Her father was also a Sr. advocate.
She started her career as a Journalist n covered the riots of 1993. She married Javed Anand. She was a communist ideologist from childhood n started getting funds from the Ford Foundation for her NGO in the 90s.
Teesta Setalvad and her husband, along with Father Cedric Prakash (a catholic priest), Anil Dharker (a journalist), Alyque Padamsee, Javed Akhtar, Vijay Tendulkar and Rahul Bose set up an NGO named “Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP)” on 1 April 2002.
She started to file case after case against Gujarat govt. Her allegation was Gujarat govt was responsible for the 2002 riots. She filed a lot of cases against Modi govt but in this thread, I will talk only abt the Zakia Jafri case.
Gujarat riots happened in February, and March 2002. A Hindu mob burned a Muslim-dominated Gulbarga society at Ahmedabad in which 69 people including Congress MP Ehsan Jafri burned alive. His wife Zakia Jafri survived the carnage. In 2004, Congress came into power in central.
Till 2005, Rajmata realized that rising Hinduism is rising in India n Modi was emerging as Hinduism poster boy so she wanted to settle Modi hence she made a team of 5 people.

RB Sreekumar was the most notorious police officer. he was the man who set scientist Nambi Narayan in the false case on orders of rajmata in 1995 who had developed cryogenic engine and cud lead India way ahead to the USA. He was DG of Ahmedabad at the time of the riots.
The plan was to finish Modi in 3 steps
Step 1: Media trial to pressurize Modi
Step 2: Litigation to prove that a fair trial is not possible in Gujarat and shift the trial to Supreme Court
Step 3: Finish Modi through Supreme Court.
Since 2002, the Team of Rana Ayyub, Rajdeep, Barkha, Sagarika, NDTV and other left media were continuously publishing news on the Gujarat riots and presenting Modi as a Monster. In June 2006, Teesta Setalvad via Zakia filed an application to court n demanded to prosecute 63 people including Modi and Shah.
Modi’s Government was organizing a camp for Muslim refugees to file FIRs Teesta took benefit of it. Her NGO brought a lot of fake victims n filed fake FIRs through these FIR camps. 100s of fake complaints, fake FIRs Police reached out to Zakia to give a written complaint.
But Zakia trained by Teesta said that she would not give a written complaint unless Police filed an FIR against Modi which was legally impossible and Police didn’t file FIR. Everything was part of the Plan. Teesta went to Gujarat court in March 2007 and said the Police are not filing FIR.
The high court also said that without a written complaint from Zakia how Police can file FIR. Everything was part of the scripted plan. The plan was to bring the case out of Gujarat. Teesta reached out to Supreme Court in Dec 2007 and said that the high court is not listening to them.
As per the plan, In 2008, Justice Aftab Aslam of the Supreme court took all cases out of Gujarat and constituted an SIT to investigate the role of those 63 people named by Zakia to investigate Gulbarga society massacre.
Justice Aftab Aslam was also planted by Rajmata and did exactly the same as Teesta was saying. His daughter was part of Teesta NGO and Teesta also organized lot of foreign trips for them. At that time, another team member IPS Sanjeev Bhatt had also given a statement that Modi was behind the Gujarat riots and he was present in the meeting on 27th Feb 2002 where Modi said that, let Hindus take out their anger. Justice Aftab Aslam appointed 2 amicus curies who will assist SIT in their investigation n who were those 2?
1. Prashant Bhushan 2. Raju Ramchandran is both an extreme leftist and a Modi hater. Raju was also the lawyer of Ajmal Kasab. SIT members were also hand-picked by Teesta, but here she made a mistake. She chose the wrong person.
RK Raghavan, EX CBI Director was appointed as head of SIT and he destroyed all their sinister plan. From TN cadre, Raghavan was a hard honest person and staunch Hindu before constituting SIT, Fast track court of Gujarat was also hearing this case.
And when the case was about to close in 2010, Judge Joshi of the Gujarat fast track court was transferred. later he said that he was pressurized so much by TS to frame Modi and Shah in the case. Meanwhile, the SC-appointed SIT started to investigate the case.
SIT investigated a lot of victims n witnesses and found that most of them were fabricated by TS. They interrogated Modi and Shah also for hours. In Nov 2010 they submitted their first progress report.
What they said in their first report? How does Teesta try to frame Raghwan? How did Modi come out from Chakravyhu of Teesta? How an alternate plan was made by Rajmata to finish Modi?
The plan was to get a favourable report from SIT n to prosecutor Modi and send him to Jail but one honest man destroyed their plan. In the first progress report in Nov 2010, SIT said that they didn’t find any evidence that Modi was behind the Gujarat riots.
Amicus curiae (Latin word which means Friends of Court) Ramchandran and Bhooshan visited Gujarat to damage control and they gave their report that Modi should be prosecuted. On 15 March 2011, Supreme Court directed SIT to examine the observations of the amicus curiae, to re-examine the entire evidence recorded and if some more evidence is required to be recorded, to do so. It observed that the SIT chairman’s inferences did not match with the findings of the SIT probe. This fight between SIT n Amicus curiae kept going till 2012.
SIT kept saying that they didn’t get any evidence against Modi and amicus curiae kept saying that according to their evidence against Modi and Shah should be prosecuted. Meanwhile, they tried their best to attack SIT Chief
Teesta also tried to frame Raghwan in a fake fund misuse case. Raghwan was so scared of Teesta that he stopped going to restaurants so that he might be poisoned, he started to travel in economy class because they could frame him to misuse of govt money.
Later it was found that IPS Sanjeev Bhatt lied to amicus curiae when he said he was in the meeting on 27th Feb when Modi asked to take Hindus out of their anger. He was not present in that meeting and he was speaking lies all the time.
SIT filed the closure report on 8 February 2012. The trial court on 10 April 2012 observed that SIT had not found any evidence for the prosecution of Modi or any of the top bureaucrats or police officials and had recommended that the investigation be closed.
SIT also said that Teesta filed fake complaints to frame Modi. After SIT report Supreme court gave a clean chit to Modi and the case was closed but Teesta did not stop there. She filed again in the Supreme court via Zakia.
On 24th Jun 2022, the apex court, while upholding the SIT clean chit given to PM Modi in the Gujarat riots case, said that activist Teesta Setalvad exploited the emotions of the petitioner Zakia Jafri for “ulterior motives”.
The Supreme court said that there is a need for further investigation into Teesta Setalvad as she was using Zakia Jafri’s feelings in the case for her own benefit. After that, she was arrested by Gujarat ATS yesterday. She is also facing charges of fund misappropriation.
She collected around Rs 7 crore in name of the Gujarat riots and spent only Rs 2 crore. The case is going on against her in that case also n she is on anticipatory Bail. During 2004-14 she received enormous benefits from the Congress govt. She was given Padam Shri by Sonia govt in 2007. Why?
Analyze all the Padama awards from 2005 to 2013, you will get a lot of information about the friends of the government. She received crores of rupees from NCERT as funds for her NGO. Apart from the legal way, One more approach was used to finish Modi during 2004-14.
ISI sent LeT terrorist Ishrat Jahan finish Modi but she was eliminated before doing that. Teesta called it a fake encounter n tried to frame Modi in that case also. She tried to frame Modi in the best bakery case also.
Some people say that Ajmal Kasab was originally trained to eliminate Modi but when the plan failed then they attacked Mumbai to establish the saffron terrorism theory. What was the association of Congress with ISI?
They created perfect Chakravyuh to eliminate Modi but 2 things went against them. 1. There were still loyal and honest officers in India who didn’t become part of the conspiracy 2. The people of Gujarat kept making him victorious.
If Modi had lost any elections in 2002, 2007 and 2012, he was finished. They were just waiting to lose him but the people of Gujarat and then the people of India saved him. They wanted to send Modi to Jail. They broke all the limits of crookedness, they went extreme to finish Modi.
