It’s been reported that a joint team of CRPF and Jharkhand police were out on a combing operation in the Kolhan forest range when the Maoist triggered the IEd, the said explosion took place between Jojohatu and Anjedbaha under Mussafil police station limits of Chaibasa.

The injured personnel has been identified as sub inspector Isaar Ali of battalion no 197 of CRPF, he has been airlifted to the state capital Ranchi and said to be stable.
