CPM’s propaganda of equating Islamic terrorism with other democratic organisations is a well-conceived strategy to safeguard the Islamist terrorist outfit PFI, said J Nandakumar, national convenor of Prajna Pravah.

Speaking to Organiser after visiting the family of Swargeeya Sreenivasan, who was hacked to death by PFI terrorists, J Nandakumar said there is no political party in the state that did not face the PFI attack. The Communist Party’s propaganda machines are kicked into high gear to whitewash PFI terrorists who butchered even CPM cadres like Abhimanyu and Nadapuram Binu.

After CPM miserably failed to defeat the Sangh both ideologically and organisationally, it outsourced the task of annihilating the Swayamsevaks physically to the PFI. The local MLA of the Congress Party has refused to condemn the terrorist attack in his constituency. He keeps mum about the repeated incidents of using Mosques to stockpile weapons and shelter PFI terrorists, he said.

“The PFI is carrying out well-orchestrated terrorist attacks across Kerala. They are misusing Mosques for terrorist and anti-national activities. They are now using several mosques to plan terrorist attacks and provide hideouts to murders,” Nandakumar said.

Nandakumar said the Islamists had the same modus operandi during the Marad Hindu massacre in 2003, in which Jihadis butchered eight innocent Hindus. Citing the Marad inquiry commission report, he said the Jihadis entered into a criminal conspiracy at the Juma Masjid Mosque, Marad, and stored weapons like country bombs, petrol bombs, swords, choppers, spears, etc. in the Juma Masjid Mosque premises.

“It is very shocking that a Kerala government agency like the state Fire Force has given training to the PFI members when the several state governments are considering banning the Islamist outfit because of their involvement in terrorist activities. It has sent out a clear message that the Left government would go to any extent to nurture Islamic terrorism as part of its vote bank politics. It is also a matter of grave concern that the PFI sleeper cells have various government agencies including the police department. It was evident that when a police constable was dismissed from service after he leaked official data on RSS-BJP leaders to SDPI-PFI killer squad,” he added.
