Mr Ram Nath Kovind expressed the hope that this grand festival of happiness and light will bring delight, peace and prosperity to each and every house of our country.

He said, words can not do justice to the sense of gratitude we have for our soldiers for their exemplary courage. Shri Modi said, we are also grateful to the families of those on the borders. The Prime Minister also posted a video on his twitter handle.
