Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Ayodhya for the Ram Mandir Purnarnirman Prarambh Samaroh ceremony. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed the Prime Minister. After offering prayers at Hanuman Garhi temple he has reached Ram Janmabhoomi complex. RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat is also present on the occasion.
The ceremony for the proposed Ram temple in Ayodhya started by 12.10 pm. The Prime Minister performed the ‘Shila Pujan’, ‘Bhoomi Pujan’ and ‘Karma Shila Pujan’.
Prime Minister Modi performed ‘pooja’ at Hanuman Garhi and Shree Ramlala Virajman before performing ‘bhoomi pujan’ of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
175 guests including 135 Saints belonging to 135 spiritual traditions are present at the event. Some eminent citizens of Ayodhya have also been invited by the Shri Ram Janm Bhumi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
