(Organiser, 7.6.2015); This refers to the article ‘Steven Weinberg’s ‘Nonsense’ Proto-History of Hindu Science by Sudhakar Raje in Organiser. It is said that to understand the inner meaning of Vedas, one needs an appropriate life experience and commonsense. It is found that even many of our so-called saints of Bharat could not understand the real meaning of Vedas, declared it as nonsense and abruptly made their own doctrines and sects as what they understood as per their mental capacity , thus dividing the Hindu society and causing irreparable damage to its unity. Steven Weinberg too has wrongly interpreted and declared it as ‘Nonsense’ similar to the kindergarten story, ‘Grapes are sour’.

Paid for his deeds

(Organiser, 9.8.2015); Apropos to the article ‘Paid for his deeds’ by Monica Arora in Organiser, justifying capital punishment to Yakub Memon , responsible for Mumbai blast, killing 257 persons, injuring 700, and destruction of property worth 27 crore. There is no dearth of TV channels, news papers , and anti-national anti- Hindu so-called secular political parties like Congress and associates, to criticise directly or indirectly, the Supreme Court’s judgement. There is nothing new in it. This is exactly Mahatma Gandhi used to do. He always sided with the Muslim criminals. Swami Shraddhanand was murdered by Rashid in December1962. Gandhiji wrote a letter to him addressing him as Pyare bhai Rashid and requested the British government for mercy. However British Government believed in justice and Rashid was hanged to death. Similarly when Moplas ( Muslims of Malabar) butchered 2,500 Hindus and forcibly converted 20,000 Hindus to Islam in 1923, Gandhiji addressed them as, “My brave Mopla Brothers”.

All along anti-national and pro-Islamic terrorist Congress Government was directly supporting and glorifying Yakub Menon, but times have now changed. BJP led nationalist government gave free hand to the judiciary that gave a suitable punishment to Yakub and he was finally hanged. The judgment of the Supreme Court was projected as”Great sin against humanity” ; “Injustice to Muslims of Bharat” and an “Act of national disaster”, etc. both by the media and Opposition led by traitor Congress. I request every Hindu not to support Congress or its allies for they were shamelessly supporting terrorist Yakub till his last second.

Make position clear

Since the arrival of the ISIS on the scene of worldwide Islamic terrorism, their cut-throat followers are on an idol-breaking spree in Syria. These acts have been condemned by the clergy as being anti-Islamic. Does it mean that the Muslim religion enjoins upon its followers to protect idols and honour their worshippers? If not, then what the ISIS and Taliban (destruction of Bamiyan Buddha statues in Afghanistan) have been doing so far is as per the tenets enunciated in the scriptures itself. They cannot, therefore, be faulted for their destructive activities. Islamic scholars should make the position clear on such sensitive issues.
