Intro: A group of Muslim students and radical Leftists offered Namaz-e-Janaza for Yakub Memon in University of Hyderabad.

The Universities unlike the past are no longer the ivory tower for academic pursuits it can now become the hotbed of Leftist radicals and Muslim fundamentalists. Commenting on the FTII issue, “the best way to fix is to yank the central funding to it and force the students and faculty to focus on what they really want from the institution. If they want their politics”, let them find the right patrons for it. Let them find the money to pay for their politics, said a leading Columinst on FTII issue. This aptly applies to Hyderabad Central University, like JNU this is also called a Marxist Madarsa and thus remains, a nest of Left-wing academicians and ideologues.
Soon on hanging of Yakub Memon, Muslim students hailing from Kerala and Leftist radicals owing allegiance to “Ambedkar Students Association” (ASA) held Namaz-e-Janaza for Yakub Memon with girl students too joining the protest. A poster put up the University of Hyderabad (UoH) put up by ASA, read as follows:
“Tum Kitne Yakub Maaroge, Har Ghar Se Yakub Niklenge” (How many Yakub’s will you kill, one Yakub will rise from each home).
This was not a poster in a Madarsa but in the University campus and most likely the Vice-Chancellor too is aware of anti-national activities and preferred to remain silent spectator. Participants are believed to have  studied in Jamia Millia Islamia earlier and many others come from radical Muslim families of Kerala.
An ABVP Activist Susheel dared to shoot the namaz on his mobile  and posted it on the Social media Facebook that went viral immediately. This invited the ire of the millitant Muslim and radical left  numbering  sixty who barged into the hostel room and attacked him injuring him critically. Susheel is thus hospitalised and now recovering at a local hospital.
Krishna Chaitanya, a research scholar said that Muslim and Leftists attacked  President of ABVP in campus. We have taken strong objection to the way ASA has conducted open prayer meeting for Yakub Memon and circulated posters in this regard particularly to the suggestion that ‘if one Yakub is hanged 1000s of Yakubs will rise’.  Moral and ethical fabric constitutes our society – nation and nationalism, wherein an open support for a convicted terrorist and in open defiance of the Supreme Court is nothing but contempt of court and anti-national.
BJP-led by its MLC Ramchandra Rao soon approached the Vice-Chancellor and demanded immediate action against the brutal attack on ABVP and its legislator Raja Singh visited the hospital where the injured student is convelesing. Many allege that the attacks were co-ordinated and encouraged by a Dean whose political affiliation is no more a secret in the University campus.
The desire to impose any religion on society is an inherently repugnant idea, but it is not so among many Muslim students from Kerala. Thus  becoming  the default form of political expression for many students who formed a Ambedkar  Association by deceit and convince that  t they are being targeted being Dalits and few Muslims outside state managed to rope in students from backward /SC/ST communities to oppose ABVP needless to say this type of student  politics certainly takes a degree of intellectual sophistication, but it does not make an idealistic young person less vulnerable to exploitation by skilled recruiters.
