Kalyan Ashram felicitated with Sewa Award ?

Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram was felicitated with Dr Bhawar Singh Porte Tribal Service Award for the year 2011 by Government of Chhattisgarh in Raipur on November 5.

Kalyan Ashram joint general secretary Shri Kripa Prasad Singh received the Award, which was presented by former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, Minister for Culture Shri Brij Mohan Agarwal and Minister for Tribal Affairs Shri Kedar Kashyap were also present on the occasion.

Kalyan Ashram has been honoured for its outstanding services and developmental activities in Vanvasi areas. It is to be noted that Kalyan Ashram runs 16,026 service projects at 11,526 places in 314 districts.?
