DHARMA Prasar Vibhag of the Rajasthan Vishwa Hindu Parishad organised Maharaj Bhritahari Rathyatra from August 10 to September 15. The Yatra began from the tapasthali of Baba Bhritahari at Tijara under Mewat region of Rajasthan. VHP general secretary (organisation) Shri Dinesh Chandra inaugurated the Rathyatra by conducting formal puja. Many important leaders of the VHP and the Dharma Prasar Vibhag were also present on the occasion.

The Yatra received warm welcome in Tijara city. Addressing the gathering there Shri Dinesh Chandra appealed to the people to follow the ideals of Amaryogi Bhritahari in practical life. When the Rath reached Gotoli village the womenfolk were seen singing songs in praise of Baba Bhritahari. The yatra received tremendous response in Tapukada, Karoli, Bibirani Fatehabad Patan, Gurgachaka, Pipli, Bardod Behroad, Hajipur, Khairthal, Ismailpur, Mundupuri Nyana, Nagaon, Nuhun Ujina (Haryana), Pingavan Punhana, Kama Karmuka Kethwada. The Yatra reached Sikri on August 30 where Baba Niranjan Nath Avadhoot led the Rath.

Finally, the Rath reached Bhritahari Dham on September 14 where it was welcomed by the Mahant of the temple and many other senior saints. The concluding ceremony was addressed by Yogi Adityanath. The Yatra visited a total of 253 places.
