Sewa Bharati organises wedding of deprived girls

SHAHDARA unit of Sewa Bharati Delhi organised mass wedding of deprived girls at Geeta Co Education Senior Secondary School at Shankar Nagar recently. BJP MLA Dr Harsh Vardhan and Congress MLA Shri Nasib Singh were also present on the occasion to bless the newly wedded couples. The pairs were also provided certain things essential for starting the new family. Sewa Bharati has been organising such functions in different parts of the capital every year. The barat of the sixteen grooms began from Raghunath Mandir, Krishna Nagar and reached Shankar Nagar where the wedding ceremony was conducted. Local MCD Councellor Dr VK Monga, secretary of Sewa Bharati Shri Gyan Prakash and other office bearers of the organisation also blessed the newly wedded pairs.
