NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency, which conducted the June UGC NET 2026 examination, has stated that it will release the provisional UGC NET answer key in online mode on August 16.
Candidate who would have any objections with regard to the responses that they gave and those that are mentioned in the UGC NET 2026 provisional answer key, they will get an opportunity to raise objections within a stipulated time.

The provisional answer keys for UGC-NET, CSIR-NET and ICAR AIEEA (PG) & AICE (PhD) 2026 will be published on 16 August 2026 on NTA’s website.
Candidates are advised to rely only on official communications from NTA.

After assessing the objections that have been raised by the candidates against the provisional UGC NET answer key, NTA will release the final answer key of UGC NET 2026.
Once the final UGC NET answer key is released, candidates will be able to assess how many marks they are likely to score in the paper that they had appeared and what are the chances of success and failure for them.
Post the assessment of challenges made by the candidates the National Testing Agency will announce the UGC NET Result 20206 for the June session.
