The samapan samaroh of the 15-day ‘Pravesh Shiksha Varg’ organised by Rashtra Sevika Samiti concluded in Seoni on May 27, 2026. The programme witnessed impressive demonstrations of physical training, self-defence, yoga, and traditional performances by the participating sevikas.
Addressing the gathering, Akhil Bharatiya Sharirik Shikshan Pramukh of Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Manisha Sant, said that Bharat must once again emerge as a “Vishwaguru” on the strength of its own civilisational values, traditions, and cultural consciousness.
She stated that Bharat has been a nation since ancient times, irrespective of the existence of different kingdoms and administrative systems. “Our land, history, traditions, values, and culture have always remained one. That is why we speak of the ‘reconstruction of the Hindu Rashtra’. It means that Bharat was already a radiant Hindu Rashtra in the past,” she said.
Manisha Sant remarked that although circumstances changed over time and values declined, the present era demands the rebuilding of a glorious, developed, and spiritually awakened Bharat. She emphasised that Bharat must progress according to its own “Swa-tantra” rooted in indigenous thought and cultural foundations.
“Bharat must remain Bharat, not merely “India”, she asserted, adding that the nation’s rise as a developed and globally respected civilisation would only be possible through its native worldview and value system.
Highlighting the philosophical foundations of Hindutva, she said it is not merely a sectarian identity but a holistic way of life and a framework of life values. She urged the participants to imbibe value-based living in their conduct and daily actions.
The concluding ceremony began with disciplined physical and cultural presentations by the sevikas. Accompanied by the singing of Kabir’s dohas, participants demonstrated yoga asanas, ganasamta, dand, yashti, niyuddh (martial arts), and ghosh performances, reflecting coordination, self-discipline, and physical preparedness.
Assistant Director of the Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Dr Asha Upvanshi, who attended as the chief guest, encouraged the sevikas to remain ever vigilant in protecting family, society, nation, and Bharat’s cultural heritage.
Shikha Rai, Vargadhikari of the Pravesh Varg, presented the detailed report of the training camp. She informed that a total of 101 shiksharthis from 22 districts Mahakaushal Prant participated in the 15-day training programme and resolved to dedicate themselves to national service.
