As more testimonies from Hindu victims at the Nashik TCS office continue to emerge, they are bringing renewed focus on the alleged mindset and actions of the accused. According to these accounts, irrespective of education, professional environment, or socio-economic background, the individuals involved are accused of engaging in activities that the complainants have described as part of a broader pattern being termed “Corporate Jihad.”

Within this framework, employees at the TCS office in Nashik have been accused of allegedly luring and coercing Hindu women towards Islam and encouraging them to adopt Islamic practices. Alongside these allegations, the complainants have also reported instances of harassment, abuse, molestation, and threats.

Several complainants have alleged that the accused not only engaged in inappropriate and sexually suggestive behaviour but also made repeated derogatory remarks about Hindu deities, questioning their existence and making offensive statements about Bhagwan Shankar, Maa Parvati, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Krishna.

The latest testimony comes from a 25-year-old Business Process Associate, whose complaint has been registered under FIR Number 165/2026 at the Mumbai Naka Police Station on April 2, 2026. Based on her allegations, the accused, identified as Tausif Attar, has been booked under Sections 75, 78, 79, 302, and 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Tausif Attar is currently under judicial custody.

In her statement to the police, the complainant described her role at the organisation, stating, “My work is to provide information to Axis Bank outstanding credit card holders by telecalling and my work is done from the ODC 02 department.”

She further alleged that despite having no professional interaction with the accused, he would repeatedly approach her and intrude into her personal life. “Tausif Attar is a business process leader in our office. Since he is not a member of our team, I have no work-related relationship with him, but even when I did not want to, Tausif would come to my table and ask me about my personal life without any reason, ‘Do you have a boyfriend? Do you have a partner?’ and ask unrelated questions like this.”

According to her complaint, the behaviour extended beyond verbal intrusion to what she described as sexually suggestive conduct. “Whenever I and other girls would come wearing new dresses, Tausif would stare at us from head to toe and then look at our chests and private parts and wink, which was sexually suggestive. Whenever I or other girls passed by him, he would make lewd comments about our physical size.”

The complainant also detailed incidents involving alleged religious insults. Recalling an episode from May 2025, she stated, “In May 2025, I was fasting as usual on Monday. Since I am a devotee of Lord Shiva, I had an idol of the Hindu god Mahadev on my work table.”

She then described how the accused mocked her faith. “At that time, Tausif Attar, who was there, looked at the idol and asked, ‘Is Mahadev really a god? If Parvati created Ganesha, why doesn’t Mahadev know about it? Why is Ganesha the son of Mahadev?’ He said this, objecting to the character of Goddess Parvati.”

The remarks, she alleged, did not stop there. “After some time, when Yadav was with me, Tausif came to me again and started accusing me about our Hindu gods, ‘Brahma is the rapist of his own daughter…’”

The complainant stated that she objected to these remarks and attempted to question their basis. She said, “I objected to his statements regarding Sita’s exile, where he claimed that Ram and Sita must have eaten meat while they were in the forest and could not have survived otherwise due to the needs of the body. When I asked him the basis for this statement, he said it was his own logic. From this, I understood that he had no solid basis for making such claims.”

She further alleged that the accused attempted to elevate one religion while demeaning another. She stated, “Tausif, intending to exalt Islam and devalue Hinduism, said that true god only the one who is not visible, as gods in Hindu dharma are visible, they are false gods.” He made these comments questioning the existence of gods in Hindu dharma.

According to her statement, the pattern of harassment continued over time. She recounted another incident from December 2025, stating, “In December 2025, I was sitting on my chair after lunch and drinking buttermilk, when Tausif came there and asked, ‘What are you drinking?’ I told him, ‘I am having Chhas (butter milk).’ At that time, Tausif looked at me strangely and said, ‘I also have Chhas (butter milk), do you want it?’ and pointed to his private parts. I understood his obscene meaning and left there in shame.”

Statement in the FIR as accessed by Organiser

The complainant further alleged that such behaviour was not limited to her alone. “Tausif had also behaved obscenely and hurt religious sentiments along with my other roommates in our office, but our superiors did not take any action against him.”

She added that this lack of action discouraged her from reporting the incidents earlier. “So I did not complain to him as I was sure that if I complained, no action would be taken on my complaint either.”

The case has now grown significantly beyond individual complaints. Between March 26 and April 3, as many as nine FIRs have been registered in connection with incidents at the Nashik TCS BPO office, indicating a broader pattern of allegations emerging from within the same workplace.

So far, Maharashtra Police have arrested multiple accused individuals, including Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, and Ashwini Chanani. Another accused, Nida Khan, remains absconding, while the others are currently in police custody.

Given the seriousness and recurring nature of the allegations, authorities have constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to conduct a comprehensive probe. Officials have stated that the matter is not being treated as an isolated incident but rather as a potentially organised pattern of misconduct that unfolded over a period of time.

As the investigation continues, more testimonies are expected to emerge, potentially revealing further details about the scale and nature of the alleged incidents within the Nashik TCS BPO setup.
