The Nashik case of ‘Corporate Jihad’ at the TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) office has triggered a strong reaction, particularly among those who dismiss such incidents as fiction or propaganda. The case involves the grooming and exploitation of Hindu employees, both men and women, within a corporate environment. A total of nine individuals are said to have been targeted by a group of Islamist men and women working in the office, who lured them through promises of marriage, career growth, and even a “better afterlife,” while simultaneously ridiculing Sanatan Dharma and questioning the very existence of Hindu deities, including Bhagwan Shiva and Bhagwan Krishna.

The accused have been identified as Danish Sheikh, Tousif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Nida Khan, and Ashwini Chanani. Among them, Nida Khan remains absconding, while the others have been arrested. Out of the six arrested accused, five have been sent to judicial custody, while one remains in police custody until April 13.

Nine FIRs have been registered in the case. The victims include six unmarried women, two married women, and one male employee. While the allegations by women include sexual abuse and molestation, this report focuses on the detailed testimony of the male staffer.

In his case, FIR No. 166/2026 was registered at Mumbai Naka Police Station on April 2.

In his complaint, the victim stated that between 2022 and March 23, 2026, accused Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, Shahrukh Sheikh, and Raza Memon attempted to convert him by insulting Hindu gods and speaking against Hinduism, while promoting Islam. He also alleged that he was forced to offer prayers, compelled to consume non-vegetarian food against his will, and subjected to obscene remarks about Hindu women. The accused have been booked under Sections 75, 79, 302, 299, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

In a detailed testimony accessed by Organiser, the victim, identified as Sanjay (name changed), described his ordeal.

He stated, “I started working in the company in 2022. At that time, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, and others were working in my team. Also, our team leader was Tausif Attar. So we had to follow all the work he assigned us. Tausif and Danish would make me do extra work. Since he was our team leader, I did not refuse any of his work and completed everything assigned to me.”

Describing his religious background, he said, “Since everyone in our house is a devotee of Ramdas Swami, I also followed the path of Deva Dharma. I wear a garland or mala around my neck. Because of this, Tausif and Danish would often discuss religion with me and ask whether there is a real God in Hindu Dharma. They would question me, saying, ‘Have you seen God? There is no such thing as God; Allah is the only one in the whole world.’”

He then recounted, without omission, the remarks made to him: “Shiv Tandav is a lie. How can the God whose face is visible be Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj? Was Mahadev a slave of our Muslim religion? Is Mahadev the only God? If Parvati created Ganpati, why doesn’t Mahadev know about it? How is Ganesh really the son of Mahadev?”

They would make offensive remarks about the daughters of Maa Parvati. One member of our team had taken leave for personal reasons, and a woman had been trained and sent to the mass. When Tausif and Danish were working in the office, they would constantly ask me to do tasks as per their instructions.

He further stated, “By saying this, they insulted Hindu gods and Hindu religion and spoke offensively. In the office, they would constantly assign me work as they wished. When I went for dinner late at night with them, they would force me to eat non-vegetarian food. When I refused, they would mock me for following my religion. They often insulted my faith and made derogatory remarks about my religion. Once, Tausif questioned how Shankara’s son could have an elephant head, how Hanuman could be born, and how Shankara’s essence went into Anjani’s womb. They humiliated me by speaking badly about my religion while praising their own. They were trying to influence me continuously.”

The victim also spoke about the broader behaviour of the accused in the office and how they exerted pressure on multiple employees.

He stated, “Tausif and Danish behaved badly with both men and women in our office. They tried to put pressure on everyone. They would discuss personal and family problems with me to get close and even give advice related to black magic. I ignored them. In 2023, during Ramadan Eid, Tausif took me to his house against my will, forced me to wear a religious cap, made me pray, took my photograph, and shared it in a group. I was very upset at that time. Tausif, Danish Sheikh, Shahrukh Sheikh, and Raza Memon made me recite the Kalma while I was working at my desk. Even though they knew I was a vegetarian, they took me to a hotel late at night and forcibly made me eat non-vegetarian food, saying it would be good for me.”

Recalling a vulnerable period, he said, “My father suffered a paralytic stroke in March 2023. I was going through serious family problems at that time. Tausif, Danish, Shahrukh Sheikh, and Raza Memon advised me to join their religion, saying that my father would recover if I did so and that he was suffering because of Hindu dharma.”

As he began distancing himself, he alleged that harassment increased: “When I started ignoring them, they sent a false report about me to the head office without any reason. They harassed me in different ways. I realised they were trying to convert me by speaking against Hindu dharma in the office, so I opposed them. This made them angry, and they started targeting me and troubling others in the office as well.”

He further stated, “Since I did not have children, Tausif and Danish made personal remarks about my wife. We had an argument, and in anger, Tausif threw a fan at me and threatened to kill me. I reported this to our HR, Ashwini Madam.”

He also described the office environment, stating, “Whenever Tausif, Danish Sheikh, Shahrukh Sheikh, and Raza Memon gathered in the office, they made obscene remarks about women, saying, ‘This seal has been broken; which one do you like? You should please her.’”

Summarising his ordeal, he said, “From 2022 to March 23, 2026, Tausif Attar, Danish, Shahrukh Sheikh, and Raza Memon maintained close contact with me. They made me wear their religious cap and recite namaz while using abusive language against the gods of my religion. They insulted Hindu gods and Hindu dharma and tried to convert me by forcing me to eat non-vegetarian food. When I opposed them, they targeted me at work and abused me. They also made obscene remarks about women in Hindu dharma. Therefore, I have filed a legal complaint against them.”

The testimony of the male victim adds another layer to the already serious allegations emerging from the Nashik TCS case. It highlights not only coercion and harassment but also sustained psychological pressure, religious targeting, and workplace intimidation.

Apart from this FIR, it is important for readers to know how the case began. A woman working at TCS Company approached the police on 25/03/2026. She said that between July 2022 and February 2026, accused Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, and Nida Khan hurt her religious sentiments by making objectionable remarks about Hindu gods. She also alleged that Tausif Attar became close to her, promised marriage, and had physical relations with her multiple times. She further said that Danish Sheikh threatened to defame her by revealing these relations and demanded sexual favours. She also stated that she faced indecent assault in the office and lobby on several occasions, which caused her embarrassment. Based on this, the first FIR was registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Scheduled Castes (Prevention) Act, 1989. After this complaint, more women came forward.

Within a few days, eight more FIRs were registered back to back at Mumbai Naka Police Station on April 2, 2026.

FIR Number 163 of 2026 stated that Raza Memon and Shahrukh Qureshi harassed a woman colleague through staring, comments, and physical advances, while HR head Ashwini Chainani did not act on complaints.

FIR Number 164 of 2026 included allegations against Shafi Sheikh and Tausif Attar for obscene remarks and inappropriate behaviour.

FIR Number 165 of 2026 mentioned that Tausif Attar asked intrusive questions, made gestures, and passed derogatory remarks about Hindu deities.

FIR Number 167 of 2026 spoke about inappropriate touching and remarks by Asif Ansari and Shafi Sheikh.

FIR Number 168 of 2026 included allegations of stalking, obscene comments, and hurting religious sentiments by several accused.

FIR Number 169 of 2026 detailed repeated harassment and unwanted proposals by Raza Memon and Shafi Sheikh.

FIR Number 171 of 2026 alleged assault and obscene remarks by Raza Memon and Shahrukh Qureshi. All these cases together point to a wider pattern of alleged misconduct that came out after the first complaint.

The case now stands as a significant point of debate for those who dismiss such incidents as mere propaganda. The detailed accounts and FIRs raise critical questions about workplace safety, ideological coercion, and the voices of victims that often go unheard.
