LUCKNOW: A Pramukh Jan Ghosthi was organised at Ganga Bahuddeshiya Sabhagar, Balia, Uttar Pradesh, by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, with participation from all sections of society, including doctors, teachers, advocates, social workers, and Matrushakti. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp before Bharat Mata by RSS Sah Sarkaryawah Alok Kumar and Prant Karyawah Vinay Ji.
Addressing the gathering, Alok Kumar narrated an anecdote in which the Devas, despite possessing strength, weapons and knowledge, were defeated due to a lack of organisation and ego. Emphasising unity, he said that Victory is possible only through collective effort and humility. Drawing a parallel to the army, he highlighted how people from diverse backgrounds work together toward a common purpose, ensuring success.
He noted that though Bharatiya society is inherently virtuous, its strength often remains unexpressed due to a lack of organisation. Realising this, Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar founded the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1925 to organise society.
He further stated that Hindutva is gaining global attention, as the world respects organised and strong societies. Highlighting the concept of ‘Panch Parivartan’, he elaborated on family as the primary centre of sanskaras, stressing family bonding, dialogue and collective living. He called for social harmony, environmental awareness, adoption of swadeshi, technological self-reliance, and commitment to service.
He also emphasised the importance of fundamental duties alongside rights, urging citizens to follow discipline, civic responsibilities and contribute towards nation-building. Concluding, he reiterated that true progress of society and nation depends on organisation, harmony and a strong sense of duty.
