A video from Pakistan is making headline in India. The video reiterates how Indian Armed Forces completely dilapidated the safe-haven of the founder and top commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed(JeM) Massod Azhar, during Operation Sindoor. In the video, Masood Ilyas Kashmiri, one of the top commanders of JeM has asserted that after sacrificing everything for the sake of Pakistan, the family of Masood Azhar was “torn into pieces” as Indian Armed Forces hit the terror bases in Bahawalpur in Pakistan.

Operation Sindoor was a befitting and sharp reply by India for the inhuman Pahalgam terror attack of April 22nd that killed 26 innocent lives. During the Operation on the midnight of May 7, India conducted a precision attack on nine terror bases, belonging to Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Hizbul Mujahideen. Among them, 5 terror infrastructures were in Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir(PoJK) and four other terror bases were in Pakistan mainland including Muridke, Kotli and Bahawalpur that was the stronghold and safe-haven of the JeM terror outfit who are the mastermind and kingpins behind 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and the 2019 Pulwama attack.

In the video, Masood Ilyas Kashmiri has sobbed by saying, “Embracing terrorism, we fought Delhi, Kabul and Kandahar for protecting the borders of this country. After sacrificing everything, on May 7, Maulana Masood Azhar’s family was torn apart by Indian Forces in Bahawalpur”. Bahawalpur houses the operational headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed, that is 400 kms away from Lahore. The video also illustrates on how Islamabad uses non-state illegal terror forces as a tool to fulfill its selfish and inhuman ambitions across borders.

As per the reports in Pakistan Media, as an impact of Operation Sindoor, nearly 10 members from Masood Azhar’s family were killed. The latest acknowledgement by the top commander of JeM himself, testifies the bold and terrific strikes by the Indian Armed Forces on the terror establishments deep inside Pakistan. Apart from carving a strategic deterrence, India also shattered and torn the nerve centres of terrorism, through which Pakistan was emanating anti-India forces. By such a devastating strike India also sharply shook the major terror centre which was not just a threat to India, but a threat for global peace and security.
