Malegaon blast verdict shatters ‘Saffron Terror’ lie of UPA government; Hindu terror theory falls apart

The recent verdict in the Malegaon blast case has decisively shattered the long-peddled narrative of "Saffron Terror" once propagated by the UPA government. With the acquittal of all key accused, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Lt. Col. Prasad Purohit, the case has exposed what many now see as a deeply sinister political plot aimed at vilifying the Hindu community and equating Sanatan Dharma with terrorism

“Hindus and terrorism are an oxymoron that cannot be connected in any way.  This was an attempt to placate the Muslims while also undermining the Hindu population in India.  There is no mention in Sanatan Dharma that not adhering to it renders one a kafir.  It is entirely up to you to maintain your moral integrity.  Regardless of your faith, you are welcome according to Sanatan Dharm.  How can a Dharm that advocates for everyone’s salvation regardless of faith and rejects conversion support or encourage terror?  Hindus have a far broader acceptance of everyone and do not believe in the supremacy of any one God.  Hindus never force their beliefs on other people.

How Congress, Communists and pseudo-secularists fuelled the ‘Saffron Terror’ narrative

This has been hammered into our heads since independence, when Sushma Swaraj ji stated in Parliament in 1996 during the discussion on the trust vote of the 13-day government that in the Lutyens Zone of Delhi, you are not considered an enlightened ‘intellectual’ until you feel ashamed of being Indian and ashamed of being a Hindu. Jawaharlal Nehru said that he was Christian by education, Muslim by culture & tradition and Hindu only by ‘accident of birth.

“Hindu Terror” is a Left-wing malafide strategy. They aim to depict sons of soil as terrorists for their own profit.  Even after the Lashkar E Toiba accepted responsibility for 26/11, they attempted to construct a hypothesis that Kasab was a Hindu terrorist based on the saffron band he was wearing.  Prior to 2009, the UPA government attempted to promote the Hindu Terror agenda to the point where the 26/11 case was weakened, India’s worldwide image suffered, and even a well known terrorist like Hafiz Saeed was able to stand up and blame India.

The government formally sanctioned the phrase in 2010.  Home Minister P Chidambaram briefed intelligence authorities in New Delhi in August of that year that “saffron terror” was a phenomenon associated with numerous explosions.  The activities demonstrated the government’s determination to spread misinformation aimed to denigrate the Hindu community.

Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde even cried “Hindu terrorism” in Parliament before subsequently refuting the charge.  He even used the names of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the RSS to teach and promote the movement before being forced to express regret following substantial criticism from the saffron party.  However, congressional leaders supported his ludicrous claims.

How many of you remember the draconian Communal Violence (Prevention) Bill, which the Congress government was keen to introduce in parliament in the latter days of the UPA2 government?  Because we have such short memories and easily forget things in less than a few years, I’d want to remind you all of the bill.  The bill attempted to dismantle the country’s constitutional framework.  In the event of communal violence, the measure empowered the central government to take over the case rather than allowing the state government to investigate it. Consider this scenario: there is a congress government in the center, and there are riots in one state.  The central government would have taken over the case and used this bill to target the perpetrators, who would have been considered the “MAJORITY” community under this law in all cases.  So, even if the riots were sparked by a minority community, they would be considered victims.

Malegaon blast and Hindu terror theory

An NIA Court cleared Sadhvi Pragya and Lieutenant Colonel Purohit and all other defendants in the Malegaon bomb case on July 31.  The UPA-era “Saffron Terrorism” theory was failed.

On the evening of September 29, 2008, a low-intensity bomb attached to a motorcycle detonated at Bhikku Chowk in Malegaon, causing panic and pandemonium in the neighborhood known for communal strife.  The tragedy occurred during the month of Ramadan, just before the sacred Navratri holiday.  On September 30th, a First Information Report (FIR) was filed at the Azad Nagar Police Station in Malegaon.

The Congress-NCP was the state’s ruling partnership, with the Congress-led UPA (United Progressive Alliance) at the centre.  As a result, the great old party saw it as an excellent opportunity to target the majority community and their Dharm in order to create a false comparison with Islamic terrorism and jihad.

The plan was in full gear, with government-controlled agencies working extra hours to develop the incomprehensible concept of “Hindu terror” in the country.  In its massive 4,000-page chargesheet, the ATS redefined terror investigations and depicted Abhinav Bharat as an organised crime group.  The Congress government was aiming to instill the ideology of Hindu dread in the minds of the people, while those detained were subjected to strict laws and forced to appear in court to protect themselves from state persecution. The NIA absolved several of the ATS’s accused, citing a lack of prosecutable evidence.  The NIA stated that they were physically tortured and abused in order to obtain confessional admissions, and it showed numerous weaknesses in the ATS probe, including as fabricating evidence. Mehboob Mujawar, a former police officer who worked in the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), says he was forced to arrest the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on orders from IPS officer Parambir Singh and other higher officers.

The accused were penalized for their Hindu identity, while the true offenders avoided legal action for their crimes. The hostility toward the majority and the need to please the minority was so strong that even sadhvi and army officials were not immune to the party’s selfish political ambitions.  The extremely tiresome case continued as the accused were not only defamed over the world, but also suffered serious health problems such as cancer (Pragya Thakur) and other maladies as a result of the brutal torture they received at the hands of the ATS in order to confess to a crime they never committed. Thakur and Purohit have often stated that officials assaulted them in order to obtain falsified confessions.

Hindutva terrorism is a dream of the Indian “liberal” media and left-wing activists who are obsessed with establishing the presence of something in the actual world that only exists in their bigoted imaginations.  In other words, it doesn’t exist.
