Delhi: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) strongly condemns the false and baseless allegations made by the Students’ Federation of India (SFI) regarding the recent incidents at Ambedkar University of Delhi. The leftist student outfit has escalated these accusations with political motives to defame ABVP, which is unacceptable and deeply petrifying. Furthermore, ABVP demands the formation of a proctorial committee for a fair and transparent probe into these incidents and calls for stringent action against the culprits involved.

ABVP firmly believes that all these allegations are part of a conspiracy hatched by SFI to tarnish the image and reputation of the organisation and to mislead the student community. The organization will immediately take strict legal action against these attempts. Additionally, ABVP completely denies these accusations and reiterates that its members have no association with the alleged attack on North East students, the assault against a queer student at the Kashmere Gate campus, or the intimidation of a BA Global Studies student. Attempts to link ABVP with these incidents are primarily driven by political objectives.

ABVP is fully devoted to maintaining an inclusive, safe, and healthy academic environment at Ambedkar University Delhi. In addition ABVP appeals to the appeals to student community of the university to support truth and justice, reject false propaganda, and abstain from the divisive politics of leftist student outfits

ABVP State Secretary Sarthak Sharma stated: “The allegations made by SFI regarding the recent incidents at Ambedkar University Delhi are completely false and intended to mislead the students. These baseless allegations are politically motivated and part of a conspiracy hatched by SFI to tarnish the image of ABVP, as they are deeply disturbed by the growing popularity of our organization. ABVP is deeply committed to fostering a healthy and stress-free academic environment on every campus. In line with this commitment, we can assure you that all these accusations are irrelevant. We strongly condemn these allegations and will take legal action against those involved in this conspiracy.”
