Congress and the I.N.D.I Alliance have begun to use a variety of methods to win elections. As soon as they realised that Hindus were uniting, they began caste politics and bogus narratives to split Hindu society. They understand that if Hindu society is divided and they receive votes from Dalits, Adivasis, and, to some extent, OBCs, they will be able to easily win elections as Muslims are voting for them enmass. The biggest gamble they are playing with the emotions of the common man is that if the BJP government continues to remain in power, the Constitution will be completely changed. Currently, similar fake narratives are being in circulation that will help divide Hindu society based on caste. Let us Identify the true perpetrators of constitutional violations.

Regardless of how much love the Congress and the I.N.D.I Alliance display for being Constitution protectors in order to attract votes, the public has recognised the reality. This is the same Congress that violated the Constitution and declared an emergency in 1975, amending it more than 90 times. Changed the Constitution’s Preamble. The Wakf Board Act was passed in opposition to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Constitution, Congress rejected the Uniform Civil Code, founded the National Advisory Council, and engaged in several other anti-constitutional activities.

Constitution and Indian Culture

India is unique in that it preserves Indian culture through ancient links of shared traditions, culture, and values. In a culturally unique and vast country like India, the ancestors developed such a culture of life and lifestyle to foster mutual relations among the people of different states and to secure a rich value system of unity, as well as to strengthen mutual relations through increasing and continuous contact between people from different regions. However, the “India-breaking forces” who consider themselves to be true champions of the Constitution are in fact the staunchest opponents of our great sacred constitution. Although they claim to support the Constitution, their actions contradict its spirit and ideals. They are working to break unity and diversity, for which they have given false discourses, and they are working against the “India making forces”. Their animosity is so strong that they are seen promoting Naxalism, terrorism, anti-social forces, community divide, religious conversions, and corruption. Their anti-India behaviors and views are either cultivated through foreign ideological influencers or motivated by a desire for political power.

The distorted history, faulty education system, and disbelief in unity aim to destroy the unity of India’s ancient culture, which is the foundation of our Constitution. Hatredful narratives against the core idea of India and the constitutional integrity, equality, and universality that teaches to care for the entire world with a balanced and rational approach create negative sentiments globally.

Our constitution has many sections from various foreign papers, yet its spirit is totally Indian. This demonstrates the beauty and comprehensiveness of our Constitution. The prelude defines the goal, which is consistent with the magnificent Indian old tradition. The forces that are tearing India apart and do not believe in the social harmony, unity, and integrity contained in the constitution are working around the clock to prevent Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar and his constitution-drafting team from realising their ideal. Congress has committed numerous unconstitutional acts.

Killing of the Constitution under the proposal of the State Advisory Council?

Progressive and left groups in the Maharashtra state have presented the Congress with 24 conditions for promoting the Mahavikas Aghadi. It suggested establishing an unconstitutional State Advisory Council to carry out its objectives. As a result, the basic structure of the Constitution will be immediately impacted, and in some ways, it will affect as the Constitution’s basis. Vishwambhar Chaudhary, Nikhil Wagle, and Advocate Aseem Sarode, who are raising the narratives of ‘constitutional protection’, are they not now planning to overthrow the Constitution? A question arises.

Trouble to Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh

The National Advisory Council (NAC) was the first organization established to assist the country’s Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, and his United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government. For the majority of the UPA’s existence, Sonia Gandhi served as council chairperson. The National Advisory Council was formed to help the Prime Minister in accomplishing and monitoring goals and objectives. However, various anti-national goals were attempted using this moniker. As a result, it drew widespread criticism across the country. Aside from backing Dr. Manmohan Singh, this council took steps that hampered the country’s progress. Is the progressive group planning to repeat this in Maharashtra as well?

Why Objection to Advisory Council?

This council emerged as a’shadow cabinet’ that violated the Indian Constitution. Prior to the bill’s passage, an advisory group finalised the draft suggestions. This demonstrated that the importance of members of the Indian Parliament had decreased. Sonia Gandhi influenced to form the’shadow cabinet,’ which appeared to interfere with practically every decision made by Dr. Manmohan Singh’s government. Right-wing members criticized the drafting of the Communal Violence Bill in 2011. NAC exerted influence and pressure on the federal government. NAC is a kind of assassination of the Constitution.

Who was on the advisory council?

  1. Sonia Gandhi – President
  2. Mihir Shah – Member, Planning Commission
  3. Ashish Mandal – Director, Action for Social Advancement (ASA), Bhopal
  4. Prof.  Pramod Tandon – Vice-Chancellor, North-Eastern Hill University
  5. Deep Joshi – Social activist
  6. Farah Naqvi – Social Activist
  7. Dr.  NC  Saxena – Ex-bureaucrat
  8. Anu Aga – Businessman
  9. A.K.  Shivakumar – Economist
  10. Mirai Chatterjee – Coordinator, Services, Ahmedabad.
  11. Dr.  Narendra Jadhav – Economist

Resigned Member

  1. Aruna Roy – Ex-bureaucrat
  2. Prof.  M.  S.  Swaminathan – Agricultural Scientist and MP
  3. Dr.  Ram Dayal Munda – MP
  4. Jean Drez – Development Economist
  5. Harsh Mander – Author, columnist, researcher, teacher and social activist.
  6. Dr.  Madhav Gadgil – Environmentalist
  7. Jaiprakash Narayan – Ex-bureaucrat

Except three of them, knowing the fact that all of these persons were not elected by the public, nor were they elected to the Rajya Sabha, but they were given enormous power, which is entirely contrary to the Constitution. Isn’t this a breach of the constitution? People should think carefully before making an opinion about who is spreading false narratives and how damaging the motivation behind them can be.
