ABVP is getting ready to start a big campaign called ‘Parisar Chalo’ in June when colleges start admissions. With a determined goal of enrolling 2.35 lakh new members in the upcoming academic session, ABVP wants to reignite campus vibrancy and student participation this time. Following the aftermath of Covid 19, ABVP’s state secretary, Abhinav Singh, emphasised the decline in campus attendance and engagement among students. In response, the ‘Parisar Chalo’ initiative has been devised to rekindle interest in campus life and bolster student participation. Through a meticulously crafted blend of sports competitions and diverse events, the campaign aims to reignite student enthusiasm and foster a cohesive sense of community.

Reflecting on past achievements, Singh highlighted ABVP’s nationwide membership of 50,65,264 in the 2023-24 session, with Jaipur’s group making a big contribution. The campaign ‘Parisar Chalo’ will happen in three parts, strategically targeting schools, vocational institutions, colleges, and universities. The objective is to enlist 2,34,600 new members from over 2,500 private and government schools statewide.

The campaign’s timeline is meticulously structured: the first phase focuses on school students from May 6-15, followed by vocational students from July 20-30, and culminating with college and university students from August 1-10. ABVP’s multifaceted approach underscores its commitment to fostering a dynamic student community and shaping future leaders. As the ‘Parisar Chalo’ campaign gains momentum, ABVP is leaving no stone unturned to create a compelling narrative around campus engagement and active student involvement. The campaign wants to make ABVP stronger and also teach students about being responsible leaders, knowing how important young people are in making society better.

To make the campaign stronger, ABVP is using different platforms and mediums to spread its message. They’re using social media, holding workshops, and organising awareness events to reach students from different backgrounds. By using digital tools, ABVP also seeks to connect with youth on issues that resonate with their aspirations and concerns.

In line with this vision, ABVP is collaborating with educational institutions, policymakers, and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall campus experience. ABVP is pushing for things like better buildings and resources and also focusing on students’ mental health and happiness, aiming for their overall development.

A big part of the campaign is looking after students and setting up strong support systems for them. ABVP is making sure students get help with their studies, money matters, and feelings. They’re doing this through counselling, scholarships, and mentorship to make sure every student does well in school and feels supported. Moreover, the campaign wants to encourage talking and including everyone on campus. ABVP plans to arrange meetings, debates, and talks about important student topics, urging people to share their thoughts respectfully. By providing spaces for positive conversation, ABVP hopes to build a campus where everyone respects each other’s differences and ideas.

Moving on, as the ‘Parisar Chalo’ campaign gains traction, ABVP will not just focus on increasing its membership numbers but will also be committed to addressing the underlying challenges hindering student engagement. Recognising the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on education, ABVP is keenly aware of the need to create a conducive environment that fosters learning, collaboration, and holistic development.

ABVP is actively advocating for student rights and representation at all levels of governance. By empowering student leaders and amplifying their voices, ABVP is working to ensure that student concerns are heard and addressed effectively. ABVP is standing up for students by talking to people in communities and pushing for rules that focus on what’s best for students.

Basically, the ‘Parisar Chalo’ campaign is not just about getting more members; it shows ABVP’s dedication to building a lively and welcoming student group. They’re tackling the many problems students face and standing up for their rights and dreams, aiming for a better future where students feel strong and supported.

ABVP is trying to connect with students from different backgrounds, even those from rural or marginalized communities. They want everyone to feel important and respected, so they’re making sure everyone’s ideas and opinions count. With fair rules and actions, ABVP wants to make a space where every student feels confident to join in and help make society better.

As the ‘Parisar Chalo’ campaign goes on, ABVP stays focused on its goal: helping students become strong leaders for a brighter future. With their dedication and new ideas, ABVP is ready to show how student activism and community involvement can make a real difference, encouraging young people to lead with honesty, kindness, and purpose.
