Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sunil Ambekar spoke about this year’s Deepwali festivities and hailed all those who played an important role and made the supreme sacrifice to realise the dream of building the temple dedicated to Bhagwan Ram.

The RSS Prachar Pramukh invited residents living abroad to participate in the upcoming consecration ceremony of Bhagwan Rama, which is scheduled to take place on January 22, 2024, at Ayodhya.  He emphasised that this event would not only be a momentous occasion for those directly involved but also provide an opportunity to people across the country to celebrate this memorable moment. Ambekar envisioned a united India, where citizens from every corner would join in the festivities and celebrate the culmination of years of dedication and perseverance.

He acknowledged the significance of this temple not only as a religious symbol but also as a representation of India’s progress and cultural heritage. The upcoming event is expected to bring people together, fostering a sense of unity and joy across the nation.

In a press briefing held today at the Indraprastha Vishwa Samvad Kendra, the National Public Relations Centre of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the RSS Prachar Pramukh, Sunil Ambekar, extended heartfelt Deepawali  greetings to all journalists and addressed several pressing issues, including concern related to the environment.

Ambekar began the briefing by conveying warm wishes to journalists and expressing his hope for good health, happiness, and prosperity in their lives. He emphasised the importance of maintaining an active and engaged lifestyle and extended his best wishes for their continued success and well-being.

Shifting the focus to the current environmental scenario in Delhi, Ambekar acknowledged the ongoing discussions on pollution and the recent rainfall in the region. Despite the challenges posed by pollution, he expressed optimism about the improved air quality and urged everyone to work collectively to maintain a clean and healthy environment in Delhi.

Ambekar also shared his thoughts on the recent celebration of Deepawali across the country.  Ambekar extended his gratitude to the organising committee and wished everyone success in their endeavours. He urged all citizens to actively participate in the festivities and expressed confidence that the construction of the Ram Mandir would mark the beginning of a new era of progress and unity for India.

He encouraged everyone to illuminate their homes with the light of knowledge and righteousness, symbolised by the festival of lights. The press briefing ended on a positive note, with a sense of anticipation for the upcoming celebrations and the transformative impact of the Ram Mandir’s construction on the nation.
