Rajasthan Horror: Two teenage sisters gang raped for over 1 year in Alwar; both impregnated, police yet to nab culprits

One more horrific case of violence against women has come to limelight in Rajasthan’s Alwar where two minor girls were allegedly raped by two men who were co-workers of girls' father at a brick kiln

Two minor sisters aged 13 and 15 years respectively were gang-raped by two men for almost one and half years and it has been reported that both of them are pregnant. The accused men threatened the girls to remain quiet and not tell anyone about the incident and that they would kill them if they revealed it to anyone.

The two girls used to reside in a farmhouse and they were raped by two men whose names are Sappi and Subhan. The father of the girls filed an FIR against the accused at the NEB police stations. The police have launched a hunt to arrest the accused who are absconding.

The father of the girls informed the police that the accused had asked him to keep quiet and had also offered him Rs 200,000.

A number of families worked at the farmhouse. While the girls used to take cows and goats for grazing, the father used to take care of the cattle.

Minor girls impregnated-Medical tests confirm the same

The two minor girls were impregnated and the pregnancy came to limelight when one of the girls complained about abdominal pain and other health related issues. The father saw the elder girl’s sister bloated while she was lying on the cot. Suspecting that something was wrong and when the daughter refused to divulge anything, he took the daughter to the doctor where it was found that she was seven and half months pregnant. Meanwhile, the younger one is two and half months pregnant.

Superintendent of Police (Alwar) Anand Sharma had confirmed that the FIR was filed at NEB police station and the medical examination was conducted which confirmed their pregnancy.

NEB SHO Anil Jain stated that probe is on in the Rajasthan gangrape case and no arrests have been made till now.
