Home Minister Amit Shah will be on two day visit to Gujarat from March 18

Amit Shah will also inaugurate the Nardipur pond, lay the foundation stone, and e-inaugurate several development projects at Vasan pond and Kalol, according to university authorities

On March 18 and 19, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will travel to Gujarat for a two-day visit during which he will participate in a variety of events, including a dairy sector convention and the commencement ceremonies of two institutions, according to an announcement made on March 15.

Amit Shah would also pray at the Somnath temple, according to Press Trust of India authorities.

On March 18, the Home Minister will participate in the 49th dairy industry convention hosted by the Indian Dairy Association in Gandhinagar, as well as attend a meeting of the district development coordination and monitoring committee (DISHA) and launch a free food campaign at the Gandhinagar civil hospital, according to officials.

Before attending the convocation of Maharaja Sayajirao University in Vadodara, Amit Shah will also inaugurate the Nardipur pond, lay the foundation stone, and e-inaugurate several development projects at Vasan pond and Kalol, according to university authorities.

On March 19, the interior minister will open the APMC Kishan Bhawan in Junagadh and lay the cornerstone for the Junagadh district bank’s headquarters.

Officials say he will also offer prayers at the Somnath temple, unveil the Somnath Trust mobile app, and e-launch other development projects.

Shah will attend the evening commencement ceremony of the major university of Gujarat.
