New Delhi: Bangladesh Minister for Information and Communication Zunaid Palak has said that his country is keen to work as a ‘knowledge partner’ with Tripura in building Smart Tripura along with Smart Bangladesh.

He said Bangladesh is looking forward to expanding and sharing its IT pool talent with India.

The Minister said that both countries have immense possibilities for the development of business if they work together in the IT sector.

Addressing the ‘Digital Bangladesh IT Business Summit’ in Agartala, he said that Bangladesh and Tripura share similarities in many respects, and so they can work together to formulate policies on smart education, healthcare, agriculture and the environment.
