Radhika Khera, Congress National media coordinator, mocked Indian cricket fans while celebrating Pakistan’s victory against India in the T20 World Cup.
Yesterday on October 24, Pakistan beat India by 10 wickets while chasing a target of 152. Congress leader Radhika Khera interpreted it as a defeat for ‘Bhakts’ (slang used for Modi supporters) and not for India as a country.
In her first tweet, Radhika Khera wrote, “What Bhakts? How’s the taste? You have managed to humiliate yourselves?”
It is to be noted that Radhika Khera was an MLA candidate from Janakpuri, Delhi, in the 2020 Assembly elections and has previously been the national secretary and social media head of the youth wing of the Indian National Congress.
This was the first time Pakistan defeated India in a World Cup event. Pakistan chased down the target of 152 with 13 balls to spare.
