Now Mamata Bannerjee wants that the ‘PM’s name should be out from all the Project names. She has directed the officials to name the projects as Bangla Sadak Yojna, Bangla Awas Yojna, Bangla Fasal Bima Yojna, etc.
“It seems that the whole of South 24 Parganas District has become a ‘cottage industry’ for production of arms and ammunition,” said Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal, as if she did not know anything about this. This could not have happened without her knowledge. It is alleged that the persons who are involved in these activities all enjoy the blessings of ‘Didi’. Right from administrative heads down to tails, they all know it very well. They simply dance to the tune of their political bosses. It is unfortunate that the proverbial CHILD is missing who could undauntedly say, “Maharani, aap nanga hain.” Go back to the green and dress yourself anew. So that they repose some faith in you. Unfortunately, she is not ready to accept the ground reality.

On December 26, she was addressing an Administrative Meeting of the ruling party at Namkhana. Apart from Kultali, Joynagar and Mandir Bazar she mentioned the names of many others which are situated near Bangladesh border. For so long she was trying to hide these facts from the public. All of a sudden she realised that she would have no chance to go near the ‘gaddi’ of Delhi. On the same day Times of India, Kolkata edition, published an interview of Roopa Ganguly, BJP MP in Rajya Sabha, in which she said, “Mamata Banerjee has adopted the same tactics of CPM to create a fear psychosis and scare people. This is the reason why they, in general, could not cast their vote freely.” Replying to a question Roopa further said, “Fear mongering by TMC goons is common. People out of fear vote for TMC. Wherever there were fair polls the BJP won. In today’s politically recharged aspirational India isn’t it unusual that TMC won almost 40% of seats uncontested?”
Mamata has nominated Firhad Hakim as Mayor of Kolkata, who is now chief of the Dakshineswar Temple Board. she found no Hindu for this highly revered Post. West Bengal has become a gateway to radical forces. people should wake up nowRoopa has come out with strongest caution that “Mamata is obsessed with appeasement politics, eyeing a minority vote bank. She should realise that she is the Chief Minister of the entire state and not of one particular community.
Recently, she nominated Firhad Hakim as Mayor of Kolkata, who is now chief of Dakshineswar Temple Board. Can she explain how she had no other option from Hindu community to appoint as chief of the most revered temple? Let me tell you. West Bengal has become a gateway to radical forces and people of the state and the country should wake up now.”

Now Mamata wants that ‘PM’s name should be out from the Project names. She did not mention any project but she was referring to Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, etc. She has directed the state officials to release advertisements naming the projects Bangla Sadak Yojna, Bangla Awas Yojna and Bangla Fasal Bima Yojna, etc. All these projects come to the fore after BJP’s reverses in three assembly polls held recently. Mamata said she would not allow the BJP government at the Centre to take undue advantage of the situation.
