Hyderabad: “Former President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s life teaches us that anybody who has imagination, who is pious and has faith in God, can achieve success in life. Our nation needs lady Kalams too and initiatives like Balagokulam have intrinsic strength to produce many more Kalams,” said Shri Arun Tiwari who has co-authored five books with the former President of the country.
Speaking at annual function of Balagukulam, Shri Tiwari urged the children to imagine the kind of future they want for themselves and work hard to achieve that goal. Shri Krishna does not give anybody anything unless they are pure from the body, mind and heart. Have faith in God. If we do good work, He will surely take care of us. This year, a total of 65 Balagokulams were enrolled and the event was conducted in three regions of Hyderabad. The events witnessed more than 1200 children harmoniously reciting the Bhagvad Gita (Chapter 6 first 20), shlokas. In the same event, Telangana RSS Prant Prachar Pramukh Shri Ayush Nadimpalli said the concept of Balagokulam is to learn to work together. We may be good individually, but we should learn to work in team. The morale of Bharat, which was once at the pinnacle of its glory, has gone low recently. We have lost our confidence. The experiments like Balagokulam, Sangh and Sangh inspired organisations are trying to build the morale of the nation once again. At the function of Gachibowli zone, conducted on December 3, Telangana RSS Prant Pracharak Shri Devender Reddy called upon the children to visit the slums and help people there. He revealed that there is a plan to start a new initiative called ‘Kishore Vikas’ which will be separate for both girls and boys. Ace Badminton player Sai Praneeth, Chairman of GNITS Shri Subba Reddy and young entrepreneur Shri Kiran Biligiri (founder of Biligiri Hotels), also inspired children to inculcate habit of selfless service towards the nation.
Protest Against Killing of Hindu Activists

There has been rampant increase in the killing of Hindu activists by the fundamentalist Muslim groups like PFI, SDPI during the last few years particularly after CM Siddaramaiah assumed power in the state of Karnataka. The brutal killings have no personal animosity, but are targeted to instill fear in the Hindus and also to disturb the harmony of the society. Paresh Mesta in Honnavara is the recent victim of such killing and 20 other Hindu activists have been killed so far and the government is silent over it. It is over a year when Rudresh was murdered in wee hours of the city and chargesheet has been filed against five criminals by the state police and NIA which is investigating the case. All the five culprits had responsibilities in PFI and SDPI.

‘Work Together for Larger Goal’
Sarsanghachalak on five-day visit to Tripura
Agartala: “The objective of Bharat is to help the world move on the righteous path. If we fail to discharge this duty today effectively, the world would one day question us, the Hindus only, for it,” said RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat, while addressing a Vishal Hindu Sammelan on December 17.
Shri Bhagwat further said: “Our ancestors, being part of the oldest civilisation and accepting it as their bounden duty, taught the world how to live a meaningful life. The entire world is aware of our rich history. That is why the world expects us today to come out with a way that shows the path to live a safer life. If Bharat does not fulfill this
responsibility today who will be responsible for it? It is the duty of the Hindus to own this responsibility.”
The RSS Sarsanghachalak further said the Hindus, tortured anywhere in the world, move to Bharat with the hope of sure shelter. The Government of India also says to welcome all such Hindus, because Bharat is the Hindu land. Bharat remained powerful until the number of Hindus was strong. As the number decreased, the boundaries of the country too started shrinking.
He said a Muslim Rajya Sabha MP from Congress once called on him in 2006-07. Once he had praised Narendra Modi, so he was removed from the Congress. Now he is not in politics and runs his own newspaper. He once
attended an RSS function organised by Vishwa Samvad Kendra. He wanted to know why the RSS opposes the
recommendations of the Sachar Committee. But he asked it in a different manner. He asked. “Bhagwatji, the Muslims of India are Hindus. They changed their way of worship due to some reasons in the past. They still go to Mazars, because they are habitual of worshiping the idols. They sing kavvallis, because they are habitual of singing the bhajans. If they are educated about it, all disputes will be over in the country. But they can know it only through education, and the Sachar Committee talks about educating them.”
I told him,” Being a Hindu we think for betterment of all. But what you are saying is already known to us and we have been repeatedly saying it since 1925. Better, you tell it to those whom you are mentioning. When they accept it, we would stop opposing the Sachar Committee,” Shri Mohan Bhagwat added.
