Pune: “Success comes with satisfaction. But when one achieves success in one’s life he/she should try to be more useful for others,” said RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat while inaugurating Kusalkar Automatic X-ray Centre at Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital run by Lata Mangeshkar Medical Foundation.
He further said the success of our life is to be useful for others. It should not be forgotton. The society which lives with this sense makes tremendous progress. Ours is a country, which connects success with the fact how we are useful to the people around us. The 50 per cent credit to the respect or success that we get in life goes to our country. That the country is our identity should not be forgotten. We are the followers of the culture, which says that earn with two hands, but donate with 100 hands. If we have sensitivity towards the society, we do not require to seek inspiration to repay the social debt from others, Shri Bhagwat added.
Trustee of Dinanth Mangeshkar Hospital Pt Hridyanath Mangeshkar, Dr Dhananjay Kelkar, Tanuja Kusalkar, Shri Vijay Kusalkar and many other distinguished persons of the city were also present on the occasion.

Inject Nationalism in Education

Pune: RSS Sahsarkaryavah Dr Krishna Gopal said Bharatiya wisdom is a confluence of global fraternity and spirituality. This wisdom is deeply embedded in every individual of the country. Every sect on this land, Vedic, non-Vedic, Shaiv, Vaishnav swear by the thought of society’s upheaval and general good. Such wisdom is not
visible in the western notion of nation.  He was addressing the gathering at GyanSangama organised by Prajna Pravah and a Prabodhan Manch at the Savitribai Phule Pune University on November 4. Theme of the event was “Nationalism in Indian Education Practices and Present Context”. RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sampark Pramukh Shri Aniruddha Deshpande was also there.
Convenor of Prajna Pravah Shri J Nandkumar said Bharat is a land of knowledge and wisdom. It is the place where one takes pleasure in sharing the knowledge. He said Prajna Pravah is a cultural attempt to rekindle Bharat’s specific intellectual discourse. It is our endeavour to put Bharatiya discourse on global platform. Same is the objective of organising “GyanSangama”
too. We ought to analyse Bharatiya knowledge and wisdom in contemporary context. To accomplish the same the ‘GyanSangama’ is being organised on pan India level.
Governor of Gujarat Shri OP Kohli said roots of education should lie in its cultural heritage. If not so, education leads to unruliness. We could not retain the roots of our cultural heritage in our education system during Mughal and British rules. Muslim aggression made us politically fallible but kept us psychologically invincible.
However, 200 years of British rule made us fallible both psychologically and politically. How to overcome such psychological barriers is a critical question in front of us. Panacea lies in associating sense of nationalism with education.

Inspiring Literature at Public Places

Jaipur: In order to ensure healthy, inspiring and patriotic literature to maximum people, the Sangh swayamsevaks on November 12 sold books at about 400 places in Rajasthan. Such stalls were organised at more than 100 places in Jaipur alone. Apart from the bus stands,
temples, parks, crossings in cities, railway station the literature was sold at public places in Tonk, Bharatpur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Dausa, Karauli, Alwar, Sanganer, Swaimadhopur etc. The literature was sold in groups by the swayamsevaks. The prominent books which were sold included Punya Bhoomi Bharat, Sanskar Kathayen, Bhagini Nivedita and Cheen Ki Vistarvadi Neeti ko Chunauti Deta Bharat.  The cost of these books is Rs 100 per book. These books were also in Rajasthan University on November 11. The Prachar Vibhag of RSS has been promoting healthy literature through different campaigns.    n
