Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi should be congratulated for challenging the basic rules of politics. He rightly tore into the Congress and took on his predecessor Manmohan Singh who had described demonetisation as organised loot and legalised plunder. In saying that “the art of bathing in a bathroom with raincoat on” is known only to the former Prime Minister, Modi told the truth. All are aware that Manmohan Singh, who is credited with the resurrection of the Indian economy as the Finance Minister in P V Narasimha Rao’s Government at the onset of the 1990’s, lost much of his credibility when he chose to be a puppet in the hands of Congress president Sonia Gandhi. After the devaluation of 1992, mainly during the Congress rule, because of high corruption, black money and inflation etc. property prices, daily living expenses have sky-rocketed. The Congress is not serious about safeguarding the future of India’s economy. In reality, the Congress has no viable replies to offer. Shri Modi has rightly said, “If they breach decorum, they should have the courage to listen to the response as well.”                                                                                                       VINOD DIXIT, Ahmedabad

Illegal Presence

Jammu at the moment is confronted with the issue of illegal settlement of foreign nationals named as Rohingyas originally belonging to Myanmar (Burma). They are said to be thrown out of Burma by the government of Burma when they refused to adhere to the law enacted by them not to produce more than two children to thwart population imbalance in the country in 1982. It is baffling to note as to how they have managed to arrive in Jammu from Burma covering a huge distance of more than 3,750 kms travelling through Bangladesh, Kolkata, and Delhi and how did they think and ultimately decide that Jammu would be the safest haven for their permanent settlement? This is indicative of a deeply sinister grand conspiracy of inimical disintegrative forces actively operating from within and across the borders. People of Jammu are shocked, shaken and scared. They find themselves at the crossroads. There is no overground Leadership worth its salt to lead their way as a beacon light. Some of the lukewarm political parties are trying to enter in to the fray by organising sporadic protests asking the Rohingyas to leave Jammu but till date have not been able to garner the mass support in their endeavour. The issue has also been highlighted in the Legislative Assembly by the political leaders. Questions have been asked and in their authoritative reply, the government has admitted
illegal presence of foreign elements in the vicinity of Jammu and the border areas. The best part is that they have also been issued ration cards, adhaar cards, gas connections and have also been enrolled as voters as well. This is a serious matter which may jeopardise the internal security of the State and cause population imbalance if not promptly and effectively handled.

Cricket High
(Lynchpins of New Team, March 5); This refers to
the article titled ‘Lynchpins of New Team’ by Abhishek Dubey in Organiser. Virat Kohli and the Indian cricket team he leads deserve our fullest praise for winning the test match against Bangladesh in a fantastic finish. India had established a commanding lead in the first innings, with captain Kohli’s double century and 100s from Murali Vijay and Wriddhiman Saha. At present the Indian cricket team has got the best skipper of the world in Virat Kohli, perhaps the world’s best wicket-keepers in Wriddhiman Saha and the best all-rounder in Ravichandran Ashwin. The Indian cricket team has created history by winning its last six series.

Justified  Tweet
It is ridiculous for the Opposition party leaders like Manish Tewari of the Congress, to accuse the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, for his Tweet on the declining Hindu population and conversion practices adopted by other religions. These politicians have deliberately overlooked the Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee’s irresponsible statement alleging that the BJP Government in the State was trying to convert Arunachal Pradesh into a Hindu State. This invited prompt response from the Minister, who belongs to Arunachal Pradesh. Rijiju only reiterated a well-known fact that the Hindus never convert other people and that the minorities are flourishing unlike in some countries around. The decadal Census reports underline the fact that the Hindu population is declining. Why are those screaming against Rijiju and not condemning the Congress for its mischievous allegations?

A Utopian Concept
(Time to propagate Philosophy of Dr Ambedkar, December 4); This refers to a report in the News Round-Up page  of Organiser titled ‘Time to propagate Philosophy of Dr Ambedkar’. Dr Ambedkar was not confined to work for the upliftment of downtrodden, but had a very wide vision, about which very few people speak. In his book Pakistan or the Partition of India he writes on page 104 that “The only way to make Hindustan homogeneous is to arrange complete exchange of population. Until that is done, it must be admitted that with creation of Pakistan, the problem of majority Hindus  verses  minority (i.e. Muslims) will continue to produce disharmony in the body (politics of Hindustan.” It is evident that he did not believe in Unity in Diversity or Hindu Muslim unity which has become a divine proverb and is being exploited by all specially the Congress brigade only to make space for Muslims, who are in fact all Pakistanis and are the root cause of diversity. It is high time that we stop speaking about 125 crore Indians and speak only of about 105 crore Indians excluding 20 crore Muslims who belong to Pakistan and Bangladesh. China and Japan have progressed far more, but we have wasted our energy on Hindu Muslim unity which is a utopian concept.

Save the Bollywood
(Blood Movies of Bollywood, February 19); This refers to the article titled ‘Blood Movies of Bollywood’ by Sandeep Singh in Organiser. From my childhood I am very much interested in  Hindi films. From Nagin to Awara of Raj Kapoor I enjoyed the Hindi films. I always enjoyed the songs of these movies. The bad days came with the
coming and dominance of three Khans in Bollywood. I never see their films. In fact I am a follower of Sadhvi Prachi who advised us to boycott these people. Now the bombshell has come. These people have become sympathisers of Pakistan and Pak sponsored terrorism against India. They are deliberately giving roles to the Pakistani actors  in the Bollywood films who are also sympathisers of Pak sponsored terrorism against  India. I think this trend started with the film titled  Mera Naam Khan. Muslims flock to the films of the three Khans and never see the films of the Hindu actors. The tragedy is that the so-called secularists are unaware of the plot of these people i.e. slowly capturing the whole of Bollywood industry. The Hindus must unite to save Bollywood.
