on November 1 with a call by Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat to the swayamsevaks to show some flexibility in their conduct while maintaining the old traditions and also the organisational structure. Expressing satisfaction on the growth of Sangh work he told the workers to move ahead while maintain the speed and direction of the work taking the society into confidence. He called upon the swayamsevaks to exhort the society for a change while eradicating the social disparities and also following the cultural values in practice.
Challenge of imbalance in the population growth rate Steps taken to control the population of the country have yielded adequate results during the last decade. But in this regard, the Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal is of the opinion that the severe demographic changes brought forth by the analysis of the religion data of Census 2011 highlights the necessity of the review of population policy. Vast differences in growth rates of different religious groups, infiltration and conversion resulting in religious imbalance of the population-ratio, especially in border areas may emerge as a threat to the unity, integrity and cultural identity of the country.
The ABKM calls upon the countrymen including all the swayamsevaks to take the cognisance of the causes of these population changes considering it their national duty to create public awareness and take all lawful steps to save the country from this demographic imbalance. |

In 2012, 1,000 youths used to join the RSS every month but now in 2015 about 8,000 youths, join the Sangh every month. Nation shocked at the desecration of Sri Guru Granth Sahib –Bhayyaji Joshi Sarkaryavah Shri Bhayyaji Joshi said the insulting act of Sri Guru Granth Sahib which is the centre of veneration and devotion for the entire Bharatiya society shocked the countrymen. The RSS condemns this sacrilegious act in strongest terms. Sri Guru Granth Sahib is not only the Jagat Jyot (Living Soul ) – an embodiment of Guru but also a carrier of our eternal spirituality and is the cultural conscience that transcends the differences of caste, creed, way of worship, social status, sect, region and language to bring together all the Bharatiyas with a thread of oneness. |
During the meeting the RSS raised the issue of population tilt; expressed concern over the fall of Hindu population besides population of followers of Bharateeya origin religions, explosion in Muslim population, and passed a resolution on the issue. The RSS demanded a re-look at the National Population Policy and National Citizen Register. Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Dr Manmohan Vaidya said the census report raised many worrisome questions that needs to be addressed by the government and the society.
Not only population of a particular religion has exploded in Bharat but there is also a increase of illegal Bangladeshies because of political support. Due to this the bordering districts of the country are being dominated by Muslim population. “Measurers of population control have worked in Bharat but it has not worked totally. We have to think that how much population we can actually sustain and feed in the coming 35 years. Nation should be first priority when it comes to population control,” Dr Vaidya said.

Several religions and sects have flourished in Kashmir. Existing order changed several times but that never eliminated the earlier order. Acharya Abhinavagupta is an important link in this tradition. Acharya Abhinavagupta was a great philosopher and literary critic. He was the tallest scholar of Shaiva philosophy.
