(Organiser, 26.1.2014); This with reference to the Edit in Organiser. Prafulla Ketkar has rightly said that Congress Party has nurtured personality based dynastic politics, whereas Vajpayee, Advani, and now Modi have risen to leadership through hard work. In this context Finance Minister Chidambaram’s interview in Indian Express dt. 21.1.2014 to P. Vaidyanathan is relevant. Chidambaram in his interview charged Modi on Gujarat riots and said “do the victim’s families deserve the contemptuous remarks Kutta ka bacha?” This shows that a Congress erudite holding high position, is resorting to a cheap and false propaganda to appease his top, like other spokespersons of the party. Those who have seen the TV footage will realise, the fact that after acquittal from the court from the charge of indulgence in riots, Modi in his media interview expressed his heartfelt grief with a grim face, stating that even a small puppy run over by a car is painful. Here one will find that Modi is sympathetic for all who died, but Chidambaram is audacious when presents the even alleging that Modi said kutta ka bacha for the aggrieved families. Actually it is not. Chidambaram has now joined Azam Khan of SP who is vigorously propagating that Modi called their community kutte ka bacha, to consolidate Muslim votes.

Battle Ready for Blurring Borders (Organiser, 2.2.2014); This refers to the editorial ‘Battle Ready for Blurring Borders’ and a few more articles discussing problems and giving meaningful suggestions related to the security of our country, in Organiser dt.2.2.2014. But there is one more very serious threat to the security of our country, which has been ignored. This threat is posed by the Congress and its leaders by perverted secularism, being practiced since the days of Gandhi and Nehru, and rendered India a very soft State. Everybody now knows that Kashmir problem was created by Nehru. Lal Bhadur Shastri frustrated all the gains of our brave soldiers at Tashkent, and returned all the areas to Pakistan, including those of J&K and Hindu majority big district of Tharparkar in Sind touching Rajasthan. Indira Gandhi gave VIP treatment to 93,000 criminal Pakistani soilders who had slaughtered 30 lakh Hindus and raped 5 lakh Hindu women and girls in East Pakistan during 1971 war, and returned them with honour without punishment, and also gave Chittagong Hill Tract inhabited by Chakma Buddhists to Bangladesh. And the latest mischief by Congress is, calling Shri Narendra Modi “Merchant of Death” and every now and then raising Ayodhya issue to appease Muslims. This has resulted in abetment to Muslim terrorist, and now Modi is on the top of hit list. Modi’s call for Congress free India in 2014 elections is need of the hour.

Don’t commit a blunder The Nehru dynasty since 1947 has pushed their strength to the limit and now we are all on the brink of disaster. Not realising this national calamity if our voters still believe our international economist proposing Rahul Gandhi as Bharat’s future PM and that he has the potential and outstanding quality of leadership, God too cannot save Bharat. Of course one is never made to forget that the Nehru dynasty owns Bharat lock, stock and barrel. They are the saviours who have been handed over the baton by the Britishers and then the sycophants of Congress. The discerning voter should realise that if a blunder is made in 2014 by electing the same bunch of underachievers to power, a nightmarish rule for another five years will decimate Bharat. This smart set at Delhi descended from the Nehru dynasty has been openly allowing scams, scandals and corruption. The Government has failed to meet the aspirations of the youth. Just because the Prince of Wales belongs to the Nehru dynasty, it doesn’t mean he has the maturity and a sense of urgency or plans or an incisive mind to tackle these enormous problems and lift Bharat out of this morass.

Shanta Dyuthikar, 39, 15 th Cross Malleshwaram Bengaluru: 3

Why only Muslims and Christians considered as minoritiesIn our country the population of Muslims is nearly 25~30 crore; and that of Christians is around 15~20 crore. But official figures released by UPA Government don’t give out real figure/picture. Compared to Muslims and Christians; Jains and Buddists are numerically small. We can even count Parsis on finger tips. But all our political parties consider only Muslims and Christians as minorities leaving out the real minorities like Jains, Buddhists, Parsis and numerous minor tribal group. All benefits and schemes that the UPA Government launches are meant only for Muslims and Christians. But Hindus who are in minority in states like J&K, Kerala, Mizoram, Nagaland, etc., don’t get any benefits being minorities in that area and are always discriminated and chased upon. Hence I strongly suggest that we should prefix “Politically Considered Minorites(PCMi)” when referring to Muslims/Christians and “Politically Considered Majority(PCMa) when referring to Hindus.

Unanswered questionRight from the consecration of the Constitution of the country one question has remained unanswered till date, viz. which should take precedence over the other, The Fundamental Rights or the Directive Principles of the State Policy. Before the answer to this poser could be found, another one has recently cropped up in a couple of high courts in the country. It relates to whether the personal law of a particular community or the law of the land should be made the deciding factor when a matter of minimum marriageable age of a Muslim girl is to be determined or the issue of maintenance to a divorced Muslim woman is to be settled. Sensing the Constitutional implications of such cases, the legal eagles across the country are busy in hurriedly scanning the various statute books for a solution.
