INDRAPRASTHA NAAD concluded

“We are taking different stands on key national issues; this is not good for the nation. The ghosh (band) teaches us to work in unison for common cause that goes beyond personal discords. All the national figures of India, such as Swami Vivekananda, Mahatma Gandhi, Babasaheb Ambedkar and Lal Bahadur Shastri, gave the same message for rejuvenating the Indian masses,” said RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Josh. He was speaking at the Indraprastha Naad, a display of band, by RSS Delhi. Around 25,000 people attended the concluding ceremony of the Indraprastha Naad. A total of 807 swayamsevaks participated in the training camp held at Jhinjholi in Sonipat.

The participants performed unprecedented band drills they learnt during the training programme. They not only stunned the crowd by their performance on band, but by showing various formations such as arrow, Swastika, triple-
circular formation and sudarshan chakra. Lt General (Retd) Ravi Sawhney. a former Deputy Chief of Army Staff and presently distinguished fellow at the Vivekanand International Foundation was present at the ceremony as chief guest. He praised the work and discipline imbibed by the RSS among swayam-sevaks. Besides, many dignitaries and office bearers of RSS Dr Bajranglal Gupt, Shri Kulbhushan Ahuja and Dr Shyam Sundar Agrawal were present on the dais.  The 70 per cent of the participants were from the age group of 16-30. Shri Kulbhushan Ahuja proposed vote of thanks.
