SPEAKING at the seminar, senior journalist Shri Ram Bahadur Rai refereed to an incident, which is deliberately kept a secret by Congress leaders today. He said, “We all must have heard about Holker Estate of Indore. When the king of the Estate died, his daughter was not allowed to be the heir of the Estate by the then Prime Minister Pt Nehru. The reason, Pt Nehru then said, was that the wife of the King was an American. Pt Nehru said, the daughter born from an American wife cannot be the heir of the Estate. Though, there was no significance of the Estate in those days after Independence and it was just a matter of symbolic title. But Pt Nehru absolutely refused giving that symbolic title also. Now who is running the Congress Party? Sonia Gandhi, a daughter of Italy and a daughter-in-law of India! And it will not be a surprise if the son of that foreign lady, Sonia Gandhi, whose capabilities or qualifications are known to all, is made Prime Minister even before 2014. It cannot be the Bharat of Nehru’s dreams. How can the UPA and the Congress party be headed by a foreign lady and her son becomes Prime Minister?”
