RSS observes Akhand Bharat Diwas in Kolkata

Uttar Kolkata Vibhag unit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Singh (RSS) observed Akhand Bharat Diwas on August 14 at the busy Syambazar area of Kolkata. Thousands of local people including young and old attended the function. The speakers included RSS Pracharak Shri Pranab Nanda, senior functionaries Shri Bivash Majumdar, Shri Saktisekhar Das and Shri Jayanta Pal. The main speaker on the occasion was RSS Purba Khsetra Pracharak Shri Adwaita Charan Dutta. He highlighted the relevance and glory of Akhand Bharat as envisaged by Rishi Aurabindo and Veer Savarkar. He said the policy of Muslim appeasement being practised by the Congress leadership from its very onset led to the Partition of our holy land. The other speakers also warned that the same appeasement agenda is being persuaded by the present Congress dispensation and the likes of TMC, SP and others will lead us to a similar situation of Partition in the future. These parties, out of sheer narrow political objectives are endangering the very unity and sovereignty of our nation.
