VHP’s Dharma Prasar workers national convention

Unite the patriots to defeat evil forces—Bhaiyaji Joshi?

“The evil forces are trying to dominate all over the world. Since the good forces in our country are divided, there is a need to unite the patriots to defeat the evil forces. If the conversion continues, the country can again face another Partition,” warned RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi. He was addressing the VHP’s Dharma Prasar Vibhag workers at a national convention organised in Ahmedabad on November 6. A total of 1,500 workers from across the country participated in the convention.

Describing the government control over temple properties as undemocratic, Shri Joshi appealed to the workers to always give priority to the protection of dharma, country and the cow.

Earlier, the meeting was inaugurated by Prerana Peethadhish Pujya Swami Nanakdas Maharaj, VHP general secretary Dr Pravin Togadia and VHP secretary general (organisation) Shri Dinesh Chandra on November 5. Elaborating on the objectives of the convention VHP central secretary Shri Mohan Joshi said the growing threat of conversion increased challenges before the country and there is need for nationalist forces to join hands to counter the threats.

Dr Pravin Togadia said the attacks on Hindus are now in the form of terrorism, love jehad and conversion. “All Hindu organisations should come at a common platform against these threats,” he said.

Swami Parmatmanand of Hindu Acharya Sabha described conversion as a cultural invasion. He appealed to all saints to educate Hindus against it. President of Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti Pujya Avichal Das, Shri Purushottam Das of Swaminarayan sect, Swami Akhileshwardas, Mahaman-daleshwar Swami Shivram Das also supported the demand of enacting strong laws against conversion. Noted Jain saint Shri Vijayabhavdev Maharaj and Acharya Nanakdas Maharaj also addressed the workers. Shri Dinesh Chandra stressed the need to make the organisation stronger upto district level. On November 6, a Mahila Sammelan was also organised. The concluding ceremony was addressed by RSS Akhil Bharatiya Dharma Jagran Samanvya Pramukh Shri Mukundrao Panashikar, Swami Vigyanananda and Shri Dharmanarayan Sharma.
