People embroiled with worldly pursuits will ever remain passive and reluctant to renounce everything and dedicate themselves whole-heartedly to God. Therefore Chaitanya and Nitai after subtle confabulation hit upon an idea to attract worldly people. They would entice people by saying , ?come, invoke the name of Hari, and you win a prize soup of magur fish as well as a warm hug of a dashing damsel?. Many people unable to resist their temptation exhorted to chanting the name of Hari. And thus on invoking God'sname the people would soon realise that the ?fish soup? implied the tears they shed for the love of God, while the ?dashing damsel? connoted the earth. The hug of a dashing damsel alluded wallowing on the ground embroiled in the rapturous divine love.
