His last rites were performed at Bapu Ghat near Langar House, Hyderabad, on 15-11-07 at 02.00 P.M. He was founder member of Vidyapeeth and extended its activities throughout the state.

Born in Bhadrachalam, Acharyuluji, after completion of education started his career as government school teacher and worked in schools of Burgam-pahad, Burada Raghavapuram and Kamepalli. Having been inspired by reading of Jagriti weekly he went on working as RSS functionary in various capacities throughout his life.

After completion of 3rd-year Siksha Varg at Nagpur in 1959, he started as Sangh Pracharak right from there. Initially he worked as Khammam District Pracharak with Kothagudem as centre. While working as Adilabad District Pracharak from 1962, he started Shri Saraswati Sishu Mandir in a temple called chariots? temple in Nirmal town. In the year 1973 under the presidentship of Shri Ram Niranjan Pandey, he started Shri Saraswati Vidyapeeth as associate of Vidya Bharati as organising minister. Since that day in Andhra Pradesh, he made enormous contribution in the spread of Saraswati Sishu Mandirs and made a deep impact in the field of education.

Presently there are 450 schools working under the aegis of Saraswati Vidyapeeth. Lakhs of students are learning Indian culture along with their formal education. During 1983 Sarada Dhamam was established as centre of Vidyapeeth and as teachers? training centre. Since 1983, teachers? training has been going on there only. Today state-level Vidyapeeth functionaries and headmasters of various schools having obtained training under his spirited leadership are giving invaluable service in the field of education. Acharyuluji worked as organising minister of Vidya Bharati for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa for some years. He also worked as State Bouddhik Pramukh of RSS for sometime.

He was indeed a karmayogi who at an advanced age of 75 years undertook continuous tour for the spread of the noble work. He had been undertaking continuous tours despite paralytic stroke, which he had been suffering for the last few years. Sometime back he had an attack of brain haemorrhage. Having made a small recovery from it, two days back while working he was admitted in N.I.M.S. Hospital, Hyderabad. On 14-11-07 midnight, he breathed his last with the above ailment. He is survived by one elder sister and younger brother.

Himself as an example he went on building number of teachers. He dedicated his life in the service of Bharat Mata. Having acquired prominence as Saraswati Vidyapeeth acharya, he made a niche for himself in the field of education in Andhra Pradesh.

A condolence meeting was held in the premises of Sarada Dhamam, Hyderabad in the afternoon of 15-11-07. Shri Narendrajit Rawatji, all India general secretary of Vidya Bharati attended the meeting and recalled the services rendered by Acharyuluji with gratitude and prayed may his soul rest in peace. Others who took part in the meeting and expressed similar views were Justice Parvata Rao Garu, State Sanghachalak, other important functionaries of Sangh Shri Deshmukhji, Shri Haldekarji, and Shri Paka Raja Mouli, general secretary, Saraswati Vidyapeeth, Andhra Pradesh.
