Organiser Development Special released
Rajasthan celebrates two years of progress

On the fast track of development, the Vasundhara Raje government completed two years in Rajasthan on December 8, 2005. The day of completion of two years was marked not by much pomp and ceremony, instead the Chief Minister chose to start the day with the chanting of the auspicious Gayatri Mantra at her residence in Pink House, Jaipur, where saints from various major religious places blessed her.

It was 8 in the morning and a large chunk of public from various strata of society congratulated the Chief Minister exclusively for her superior style, content and quality of administration. On this occasion, she released ?Development Special? of Organiser weekly??Raje completes two years: Rajasthan marches ahead?. Organiser Development Special consists of 92 pages.

Organiser from time to time has focussed on various issues pertaining to Kashmir, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Orissa with very good response from its readers and well-wishers. The Organiser Development Special has highlighted the major developmental initiatives taken by Smt Raje in the last two years with political analysis by eminent writers. The development graph of the state in the last two years proves that the government, for building a new Rajasthan, took every section of the society with it. Organiser has highlighted the government'sunprecedented initiatives on irrigation, road building, education and women empowerment.

Smt Raje a releasing the special issue expressed her good wishes for the Organiser family and gave special thanks. She said this was a wonderful issue on the achievements of her government. Smt Raje further said it is the grace of God that Organiser took initiative to focus on the development of Rajasthan. ?This will definitely encourage us to further work for the development of Rajasthan and I am satisfied that every section of the society is happy with our government'sinitiatives. We would continue to work for the cause of development. Organiser has properly highlighted the prosperity among rural and urban folk, the improving scenario in the fields of industry, finance, agriculture and farming. Best part is the culture and tradition of Rajasthan, as fairs and festivals and the Rajasthani lives have got full coverage in the Organiser Development Special?, Smt Raje said.

?I am really very impressed with the endeavours of Organiser editorial team and have no word to express my feelings as it has brought out Organiser in a professional way. The weekly is being published since the days of Partition and the special issue vouches for its professionalism. I hope Organiser would continue to work with same zeal and fervour in this direction in future also,? said Smt Raje.

The function was attended by a large number of audience including journalists, doctors, businessmen and politicians of Rajasthan. Shri S.N. Gupta, Chairman, Public Grievance and Redressal Cell, Shankar Agarwal, spokesman of Rajasthan BJP and Organiser correspondent Deepak Kumar Rath were also present on the occasion.
