Sangh Samachar Shri Guruji was the biggest gift to Hindu society in 20th century Snt> ?M.G. Vaidya The Madhav Smriti Nyas organised a three-day Shri Guruji memorial lecture in Ahmedabad from March 17. Shri M.G. Vaidya, former RSS spokesperson and member of Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal, who had worked with Shri Guruji, delivered the lecture. The function was organised in view of Shri Guruji'sbirth centenary to be celebrated in 2006. Shri Vaidya described Shri Guruji as the biggest gift to Hindu society in the 20th century. He said that the credit for today'simportance of the Sangh in national politics should be given to Shri Guruji, who worked tirelessly for spreading the Sangh work in every nook and corner of the country. During his tenure the Sangh had to face so many difficulties, but he not only expanded the Sangh work but also made it effective. Expressing concern over the growing menace of regionalism and separatism, Shri Vaidya emphasised the need to adopt a holistic approach for bringing about national integration and for inculcating feelings of Ekatma Manavvad (integral humanism).
