NCERT CIET Recruitment 2026: Register now for contractual posts under PAB projects; Last date is July 30

NEW DELHI: The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT has invited applications for various contractual positions under its PAB approved Projects 2026-27. Through the CIET NCERT Recruitment 2026 drive, the institute is looking to hire professionals for roles in digital education, educational research, eContent development, teacher training, communication, media, and technology-enabled learning.

The appointments will be made on a contractual basis and will continue until March 31, 2027. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official NCERT/CIET website by 11:00 PM on July 30, 2026. The recruitment will strengthen CIET’s ongoing projects which are focused on improving digital learning resources, developing eContent, conducting educational research, building teacher capacity, and supporting technology-driven initiatives under the Ministry of Education.

Eligibility Criteria of CIET NCERT 2026

Through the CIET NCERT Recruitment 2026, the institute is inviting applications from candidates with expertise in education, educational technology, educational research, eContent development, media production, communication, teacher training, project implementation, and related fields. Selected candidates will get an opportunity to contribute to digital education initiatives, online learning resources, and school education projects being implemented by CIET, NCERT across India.

Applicants must carry their original educational and experience certificates, bio-data, and other required documents at the time of the interview. Those currently employed must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer. The contractual posts are temporary, no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview, and selected candidates may be required to join immediately.

As per the CIET NCERT Recruitment 2026 notification, candidates shortlisted for the interview must report to the Planning & Research Division (P&RD), CIET, NCERT, Chacha Nehru Bhawan, New Delhi, by 9:00 AM on the scheduled date. No candidate will be allowed to enter after 9:30 AM. Applicants must carry their original educational certificates, experience documents, testimonials, and supporting documents for verification during the CIET NCERT interview process.
