During India’s G20 Presidency in 2023, the G20 New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration reaffirmed the importance of gender equality and the full, equal, and meaningful participation of women at all levels of leadership. Constructive consensus-building and political will are essential to advancing this critical agenda.
